I was using this within 20 minutes of arrival. My ears have been running me nuts for some time and I wanted to try something better than a Q Tip. I am so glad that I did. After using for the first time, enough junk was removed to pave my driveway. It was simple to assemble, simple to use, and did what the ad says. My ears feel so much better. Made me wish I had done this long ago.

I highly recommend buying this item. I purchased it a few months ago and wanted to wait a bit to write a review. My ears tend to build up wax quickly which has led me to urgent care a few times. This ear cleaner has saved me trips to urgent care and it has got so much wax out each time I used it. Couldn't recommend enough

My Husband really likes the Nexpure wax removal, ear cleaning kit, he says it is alot more painless then the manual irrigation kit we had and we would definitely recommend this product to others.

If you were thinking about buying this, just do it! I bought it because I was desperate. I had clogged ears from excess earwax. You can say I was pretty desperate. I bought another one that didn't do anything so I went with this option and let me just say it did the job. it's amazing!

Worked great. Was easier to use once I got the hang of it. I did use wax softener as suggested a couple hours before using it. Pencil eraser size wax plug came out and immediate relief from pain and I could hear again! My doctor actually asked what I used because my ears were perfectly clean.

I went to the doctor and saw this product. He used it on my ear and it was simply amazing so I searched walmart.com and was able to find the very same product as the physician had in his office. Cannot say enough about this product beyond comparison it is amazing thank you very much.

First thing I have to say it WOW just WOW. I went to a doctor to have my ears cleaned because I could not hear out of either ear and left there still feeling like I had ear plugs in. After a couple days of ear drops and working with this I can say that i dont ever think I heard this good in my life. The wax that came out of my ears was disgusting but so relieving at the same time. The pictures are pretty graphic but it only a fraction of what actually came out. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND BUYING THIS BEFORE SPENDING MONEY AT A DOCTORS OFFICE!!!

it seems to work pretty good but I got to be careful with that maximum speed it really does put a jolt to your eardrum so I got to learn how to use it properly I did like the pulse that worked pretty well and a lot of wax came out of my right here the left not so much. wished it came with a tool so I could look inside my ear to see how good I did.

Doesn't do what it says it's gonna do. We've tried it five times follow the directions to a T and it does not do anything near what it says it will do.

the cord does not fit the product. the end that is suppose to fit into the product does not fit. also there is no plug for the ubc end to fit into the wall. first time I ever known for there not being one. i am very disappointed with this entire transaction.
