I highly recommend buying this item. I purchased it a few months ago and wanted to wait a bit to write a review. My ears tend to build up wax quickly which has led me to urgent care a few times. This ear cleaner has saved me trips to urgent care and it has got so much wax out each time I used it. Couldn't recommend enough

My Husband really likes the Nexpure wax removal, ear cleaning kit, he says it is alot more painless then the manual irrigation kit we had and we would definitely recommend this product to others.

If you were thinking about buying this, just do it! I bought it because I was desperate. I had clogged ears from excess earwax. You can say I was pretty desperate. I bought another one that didn't do anything so I went with this option and let me just say it did the job. it's amazing!

I used another product from Amazon that did nothing. As soon as I figured out how to turn it on, it worked immediately! My ear had been clogged for a week and I was ready to call the doctor. But as soon as I used this, it cleaned out so much wax. Great product

Went to get my ears irrigated and they referred me to an ENT because there was so much built up. I gave this a shot and am so glad that I did. Took about 2 hours for a full charge, and ~45 minutes alternating ears with a couple rounds of debrox ear drops. I don’t even remember the last time I was able to hear this clearly. The maximum PSI setting blasted my ears completely clean. Now that I have it I’ll definitely be using it regularly as a preventative. 10/10!!!!!!

First thing I have to say it WOW just WOW. I went to a doctor to have my ears cleaned because I could not hear out of either ear and left there still feeling like I had ear plugs in. After a couple days of ear drops and working with this I can say that i dont ever think I heard this good in my life. The wax that came out of my ears was disgusting but so relieving at the same time. The pictures are pretty graphic but it only a fraction of what actually came out. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND BUYING THIS BEFORE SPENDING MONEY AT A DOCTORS OFFICE!!!

I had my ear clogged for about a week and I became desperate trying so many different things. This was amazing! I cleared out so much out of my ear that I was shocked. It feels like a little ear massage. The settings are great. No need to hesitate on purchasing this item, you won’t regret it.

I went to the doctor and saw this product. He used it on my ear and it was simply amazing so I searched walmart.com and was able to find the very same product as the physician had in his office. Cannot say enough about this product beyond comparison it is amazing thank you very much.

Worked really well. So glad i could use this instead od taking her back to the eae doctor. My 4 year old autistic daughter wouldn't sit still long enough for it to spray more than 10 12 seconds but after spraying it pushed alot of hardened wax to the edge so I could get it out.

Missing the piece to push in your ear. Found some kind of alternative since I spent money on this device already. I didn’t find It helpful for me. It didn’t work, and ended up flooding my ears with water - making me feel more discomfort and blockage than relief. Not sure if having the correct pieces that were supposed To be in the package would’ve helped.
