It heats up a large living room fast, and quietly. Not to mention the little fireplace look it's BEAUTIFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I already bought 3 and in the process to buy 2 more.

Pulls wayyyy too much power, keeps tripping the breaker, you need atleast 30 amp breaker, ALSO my heavy duty extension cord becomes extremely hot after 5 mins being plugged on. To me it seems like a fire hazard, not safe to leave on by itself for no period of time.

I bought this to warm my bathroom on cold days. I used it on a cold day and found it did not warm the room enough after leaving on for a while. Maybe it's because I have a high ceiling and the bathroom is on the north side of my house. The price was great so I am not disappointed.

so the button for the saftey is on the VERY NARROW base. and is quite large but not all the way flat which makes this very unstable when you turn on the ocilating feature. i did not know it had a little fireplace led which was a nice bonus. however, the wobbly base makes it incredibly easy to tip and then turn off, the buttons are not super easy to understand i usually have to play with it and i have had it like 2 months now and still cant figure out how to get it on auto, lol so there is that. could be better. but for the price, my bathroom stays warm and i cant complain just beware if you have pets. or small kids.

Bought this product got it home to use. It had it four days and it quit working. Took it back to Walmart to exchange and they would not allow me to as I ordered it online. Got a hold of customer service online got a barcode to exchange it. Send it back and receive my money back, and still have not heard nothing vaccine. Reached out to them at least three times so far and it's been a month and a half. Would not recommend buying this product.

This product only worked for 4 months in my case. And there is no manufacturer warranty (no US contact point). And Walmart.com does not help to address the issue. So, you have a high chance of maybe being able to use one season. I saw several cases in buyers' reviews(only wored for few months). So, it looks like it's not my isolated case.

This heater that was purchased two weeks and only worked for two days. The heater will not turn on at all. It beeps and slowly the lights turn off. Yes I have done all of the troubleshooting that was listed and no it is not my breakers at home. As you know is has been ridiculously cold everywhere and I thought was prepared but not with your product. I wanted to give this product 0 stars but I had to chose something

This heater quit working after three weeks. There was no warranty information. I finally found on the box to take it to Walmart. When we were finally able to take it, the lady told me that no credit was available. I fill I have been scammed and robbed of the money I paid.

Piece of junk heater. Stopped working after a couple of weeks and the return process was such a hassle. Read reviews carefully! They don't pertain to this trash heater.

At first I enjoyed the flame simulation, and heat output. However, it did not last even one month before it quit working, which was very dissapointing.
