I usually prefer the mint but the cinnamon surprised me. It's a bold slap you in the face taste first thing in the morning, which isnt a bad thing. Flavor lasts a while. Doesn't leave a funky aftertaste. And it calms my cravings when I really need them such as when I am at work or late at night when I know I shouldn't be smoking before bed. It's been a nice addition to my daily tasks.

The gum is effective at preventing cravings for a cigarette. There is no out of the ordinary texture or flavor and probably wouldn't know the difference from chewing normal gum. Overall a good product when you can't smoke or want to reduce how much you are smoking.
