These pills are great and are truly helping me with weight loss and appetite suppression since the fiber really expands in your stomach! The price is really nice too here at Walmart. I will continue to order these and recommend them to friends. Thanks Walmart!

keeps weight off
This product doesnt help with hubger control but I have noticed since taking it that the weight I lose stays off. Even if I have cheat days I dont gain anything.

A great option in helping control your weight
These work really well at suppressing appetite. Just follow the directions and take at least 30 minutes before a meal.

Works well
I use this to help combat nighttime munchies. Konjac root expands in your stomach and makes you feel full.

i hear this is supposed to make you feel full or bloated with how the konjac is meant to expand in water. it just never even felt like it made a difference to me. i drank lots of water and was still hungry, it didn't suppress my apetite at all

Waste of money
The pills caused me major belly pains and I drank plenty of water so that wasn't the cause. I noticed no difference in fullness. I soaked one pill in water and it didn't expand all day. Maybe it needs the stomach acids. I don't know. I'll not take these again.
