I have been taking this product for over 20 years with no side effects. Easy to swallow. As I am a transplant patient it was ordered to take by my transplant Dr. as meds I am on can lower mag levels. Blood work every 3 shows my levels are consistently constant.

I've been taking this item for several years. it was recommended my my doctor. Only problem is it's hard to find nearby. i think the main reason being price. When i start to get low on my supplements, i have to check on pricing. this product can get very expensive.

It's good for magnesium deficiency, muscle cramps, and general supplementation but not for fast-acting relief or high-dose magnesium needs. It isn't the best form available but it is easy on the stomach. Daily - it's very solid Sleep, Anxiety, or stronger effects - there are better forms Muscle Cramps - works great **Don't overdo magnesium because it can cause digestive issues.

These work great for heart palpitations! I don't have AFib or anything so these work. My husband's cardiologist recommended these to me to try. I'm so happy I did! They work great for me. They help relieve my heart palpitations so fast. I'm so happy and satisfied that I tried them. They are well worth the price and work immediately within minutes. So thankful to Walmart for a great price and product. You can't beat them!

SlowMag Muscle Heart Magnesium works. Years back my doctor recommended this, saying it is easier on the stomach, Had some blood work done, once again I was low so I started taking it again. By the next time I had blood work done I fell in the range for Magnesium. I highly recommend SlowMag.

The best Magnesium Supplement over the counter. I was having leg cramps really bad, and with the first dose of this Supplement, they eased off. I would definitely recommend this over any other Magnesium.

This product is a great version of absorbing magnesium but the pill is a whopper. Magnesium tablets come in many sizes and this one is in the top category for size, but good for the heart, good to prevent night leg cramps, good for anyone who wants to live longer.

That being said, the amount is less also %26 it has calcium in it. For someone that has had some problems, it is much easier on the stomach. Took 2 points off for price but everything cost more now. It is easy to swallow.

My doctor prescribed these because of low magnesium results following blood tests. I was skeptical because magnesium supplements can easily cause diarrhea and upset stomach problems, but these slow-release tablets caused NONE of it. I'm very pleased with the results after taking the tablets for about one month.
