Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength Joint Health Supplement, Vitamin D and Glucosamine Chondroitin Tablets, 160 Count

I like many others are skeptical about trying something new from over the counter. Well good news, these are not cow size pills like others and they are coated so easier to swallow. The Osteo Bi-Flex is something different then I've ever tried before. I have severe arthritis in my knees which really effects my life style daily. I've taken the Bi-Flex as directed for 2 1/2 weeks now before writing this review and now I'm ready to tell you my experience. I waited a couple of days thinking when will it kick in and help me with this burning. Then I just forgot about it until this week when my husband realized I was chasing my grandson around on the floor and playing without complaining that it hurts. I didn't notice it but then I was shocked when he said it because I wasn't hurting like before when I'd pretty much be in tears by that night. It works for me and now it could work for you too.

I am hopeful that this will help my joints I suffer from arthritis and have pain everyday I take pain medication for this but was told that these pills will really help lubricate and ease the pain and actually will make me feel better. I have never tried anything like this I have only been taking them for several days now and do not feel any difference, however they are easy to swallow and I am very positive that this will help me due to what I've heard about glucosamine working for your joints.

I have undiagnosed arthritis or carpal tunnel and frequently take ibuprofen for joint pain and I haven't taken or needed to take any ibuprofen in the last few days after taking 2 pills per day for just over a week. I would rather take 2 of these Osteo's a day than 6 ibuprofen. They are fairly large pills but pretty easy to swallow with a drink and leave no aftertaste whatsoever.

I've been taking these for about 2 weeks and I'm already noticing a slight difference in the way my joints feel. I am not quite as stiff when first waking up or after walking through the grocery store. I'm hoping the improvements keep coming after taking them longer. I also like that they have a variety with added vitamin D because I just found out a couple of months ago that my levels are dangerously low so the more I can get in my system the better. They are a little large and I was having trouble swallowing then but I've just been using a knife to break them in half and that helps a lot and there are no side effects or stomach issues so that's a plus.

I received my Osteo Bi Flex 3X Strength w/Vitamin D and Glucosamine Chondroitin. There are 88 coated tablets in this bottle. I am taking 2 a day as recommended. I needed this product since I am 63 now and my joints are getting stiff. I have noticed some improvement after about a week. I just had surgery on my foot and this medicine is just what I needed to help healing and ease of movement on my knee walker. I like that this includes vitamin D as I have been taking D for awhile now and can not get the vitamin D in this product. Pills are easy to take and I take one with breakfast and then one at dinner. I recommend these anyone that needs a little more help with everyday things that we do. I will be buying more!!

I haven't been taking these long but in the short time I have I must admit they really do seem to be helping. I really beat my body up in my profession so believe me when I say they help to an extent. My knees constantly pop and grind as I'm up and down all day everyday and after taking these for about a week the popping seems to be less noticeable the grinding is still there but I'm optimistic that after a few more weeks that will subside as well. My wrists also feel better as I have major trouble with the one as it has had repeated damage done to ligaments and it definitely isn't as swollen in the mornings as it usually is again I hope with more time it will just keep getting better. Now I know these will never fix the problem as nothing can but every little bit helps. Give it a try I'm sure you will be pleased with the outcome as I am so far.

I noticed after about a week that my hands were no longer encumbered by stiffness in the morning. The stiffness was still there a little bit, but when I tried to move it was not as dangerous, and moving my fingers was not such a bad idea; like it was before taking these. I still need more time with these, and would have more results to share after a while longer.. But for now... " this medication seems OK to me!"

Got these tablets to see if they would alleviate the ache in my knee. I have taken this product for two weeks now. The first week I did not notice any difference, it is now the end of the second week and I do notice a difference. I can move more freely without the pain. It says that it can help the cartilage improve. I will continue to take these tablets, I know it won't heal my knee but if it keeps the pain away I will be happy.

I really wish I could update my review at a later date because I'm still testing the effectiveness of this product. I've wanted to try Osteo Bi-Flex for awhile. I've heard good things about it and I know for some, it has made a difference in their mobility. For the past couple years I've had pain in one hip. It pops in and out constantly making standing for anymore than five minutes torture. Walking, sitting in certain chairs, bending and how I sleep all affect it. Any relief at this point would be welcome. I've been taking the two tablets a day as instructed on the back of the package. Usually in the morning and always with food and I've had no stomach issues and no side effects. The tablets are a bit large, but easy to swallow, even for someone like me who sometimes has problems swallowing pills. I noticed the last few days I haven't been feeling the pain as much. I was able to sit and stand for longer periods. When I got out of bed yesterday, my hip pain wasn't the first thing on my mind which is saying something as anyone experiencing chronic pain can attest. I wasn't sure if it was because of the Osteo or if I was just having some good days where the pain wasn't as bad. I went grocery shopping for about half an hour last night feeling less pain than usual, but three hours later, the pain came back as bad as always. So is the Osteo working to some extent? I'm really not sure. I'm going to continue to take it and see if the improvement I've noticed continues. One thing I don't like about this product is the packaging. The tablets came in a huge bottle which was only about a quarter full. Horribly wasteful and makes the buyer think they are getting more than they actually are.

I started off on half a dose with this due to my own issues introducing new things, but have felt some relief already. Part of me is held together with pieces of metal, and there has been considerable pain in moving at times. This product has seemed to begin to ease some of that; hard to recognize right at first. I also really appreciate the fact that it contains Vitamin D! Joint Shield is what they call their beneficial herbal ingredient, and the instructions state you will feel a difference within approximately 7 days. It has taken me a little longer with the lowered dose, but I do feel a difference. I have lots of hope for this product!
