Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength Joint Health Supplement, Vitamin D and Glucosamine Chondroitin Tablets, 160 Count

I've been taking this supplement for over 20 years. Does it work? I would say it has. My doctor recommended it for both my husband and I. We are now octogenarians and lead very active lives. We both have strong bones and muscles. We workout at the gym on a regular basis, do our own yardwork and dance every chance we can get. We have no joint pain as of yet. I do attribute much of our good health to the good foods we eat and the supplements we take, Osteo Bi-Flex being one of them. We take the tablets twice a day.

I have been a consistent jogger for a couple of decades now. My daily step-count targets can vary widely between 18,000 to 40,000 steps. Osteo Bi-Flex has been in my life since I began my exercise-driven lifestyle during my 50s; I am enjoying my 71st lap around the sun!

I have been taking Osteo Bi-Flex for about 2 months. I am amazed each morning when get out of bed and I don't have the aches and pains that were common place.

Osteo controls the arthritis in my knees. If I miss my dosage for more than 3 or 4 days I pay a price of the pain in both knees. Before I started on the osteo I was going for steroid injections in my knees about once a year. Sometimes requiring a 4 shot series.

I have been taking Osteoporosis Bi-flex for over a year. Prior to that walking was difficult due to constant knee pain. Within a week I noticed the difference, I walk anywhere from a mile to 3 miles on my daily walk. I encounter a few steep hills along the way. Walking is a joy again

I heard a lot of positives about this product, but I wasn't sure it would really help. I have very advanced arthritis in my knees which is painful. I am past the point of a partial knee replacement but every doctor I have seen so far tells me I'm too young for knee replacement surgery. After researching and talking to a few people I know who take this product I decided to give it a try. I 'thought' I felt some relief, not pain free or anything to say the least; however, roughly two weeks into taking the product and I feel like I can move a little better. What made me a believer that these tablets are doing 'something' good would be when I forgot to take them 2 days in a row and that extreme, horrific, can hardly stand straight up because the piercing, throbbing pain in my knees came back full force. At that moment I became a believer - I will never make that mistake again, and if you watch your Sunday paper they sometimes put a coupon on there for $5 or $10 off a bottle!!

Bio-flex tablets are a bit pricey but I can tell a difference if I dont take them for a few weeks so now, I never miss a day. I'm 74 %26 luckily %26 blessed that my knees never crack.or hurt. Highly recommend Bio-flex with turmeric.

After seven days of use, I felt no joint pain. The Source Of Iron was amazing the Fat Burner it's incredible. That's like Triglycerides are amazing. Thank you Walmart.

I reordered OsteoBiflex thst I love, but noticed I got a bottle with D3. 250% of the daily requirement! Too much D3 is toxic!!!! Shame on the mfg for putting out this formula of an otherwise great product. I returned tbis one and bought the one without it.
