I also found it as a good alternative to pouches as well though but if they had something stronger than 4 mg that would be helpful also The flavor is really good but the fruit flavored gum having a minty aftertaste is a little weird but it still works

Although that was it for me, for some reason it started getting a little spicy and it started to feel like I was bubbling a little much in my mouth, almost like foaming. My throat started to feel a little tight to I spit out the gum and I was back to normal after 10 minutes. I don't know if it was an allergic reaction but I did not like the feeling. It says to chew for 30 mins the first time but I couldn't make it to 5. Maybe it might've been better for someone else but for me it's a pass. The nicotine was there and it satisfied my fix. There should be enough in the package to last you a long time. Bright and colorful packaging.
