system works great. I just wish the box has a off and on switch like the wired cameras. if you live on a main street like me. The camera that's pointing towards traffic the batteries wear out fast. It looks like the camera that pointed out to traffic is going to have to be charged weekly. And in the dead of a Michigan winter that's going to be very hard when its freezing outside.

I am pleasantly surprised with the range of the wireless cameras. I haven't mounted them permanently yet but soon...that will be the real test. The cameras will be 90 feet from the NVR. The claim is up to 300 feet...we'll see!!

We bought this system last month and we're pleasantly surprised by the ease of setup and the effectiveness of the camera coverage. Very glad we found this product.

Great product, it was recommended by my neighbor, and for the cost it does exactly what it's suppose to. HIGHLY recommend this product if you desire a cost effective video system. My only complaint is the location of the antennae on the camera, makes it difficult to have the camera facing to left side.

We bought this to install while we were on vacation for 2 weeks. Even though they are just temporarily set up we can see what is going on at home when we are 1700 miles away. Can't wait to set cameras permanently and learn more about the features of Night Owl.

Bought and have used for a week, has great video quality and awesome quality night vision. The only complaint I would have is that takes a while on the app to load live feed and look at past events. Never longer than a minute, but just enough to annoy you.

Fast delivery of product as shown and promised. Cameras were easy to install, but the DVR/NVR setup was not all that simple or as easy as expected. After several reboots and needing to create a DDNS ID, Password and Domain name we were finally able to get the system set up and configured to our personal preferences. The camera quality is outstanding! Wide view and bright colors in daylight and crystal clear B&W images at night. I've owned two prior systems from another company and I will never go back after seeing the Night Owl perform.

This is an awesome surveillance system for the price...it's super easy to get up and running. Picture quality, color, and clarity is fine. I also added the camera door bell. It integrated well.

Over all I'm pleased with how well this wireless system works, I was worried that with a brick home it would have problems getting signals to the base unit but so far its picking up a clean feed 80 to 90 feet away through brick. The only reason i give it 4 star and not 5 is software for cms connect partially working, I get a clean live feed but playback of an event does not work. I have latest versions of android and cms software reinstalled and checked all settings still only plays back events some of the time so mabey they will keep working on software development. Playback on base unit works without problem.

NIGHT OWL, LLC (Night Owl) provides the following warranty to the original retail purchaser only (the Purchaser) with respect to this product (the Product):For a period of one (1) year after the date of sale, the Product shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Product registration may be required to submit a warranty claim. In the event that the Product is defective, the Purchaser must i) contact Night Owls Technical Support Team, ii) provide Night Owl with the proof of purchase showing the product is still under warranty and was purchased from Night Owl directly or an Authorized Reseller and iii) return the Product to Night Owl. In its sole discretion, Night Owl will either repair or replace the Product at no additional cost to the Purchaser. Any replacement Product (or parts) will be covered by the same warranty as the original Product through the expiration date of the original warranty period.Exclusions:This warranty does not apply to the following parts or upon the following events: Bulbs, LEDs and batteries; The Product was not used or installed in the manner described in the installation instructions; Negligent use of the Product or misuse or abuse of the Product; Electrical short circuits or power surges; Use of replacement parts not supplied by Night Owl; Product is either tampered with, modified or repaired by another service provider; Product has not been maintained in accordance with the instructions; Accident, fire, flood or other acts of God; Failure to use Night Owl approved accessories; Defects or damages arising by use of the Product in other than normal conditions (including normal atmospheric, moisture and humidity conditions).
