Assembly was simple and took about 30 minutes. The chair is very comfortable — the headrest provides good support for the head, and the adjustable lumbar support works well for the lower back. So far, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

I ordered a Ninecer Computer Chair (via Walmart) as a gift. The chair is fantastic, but unfortunately it turned out not to work in the office space. I tried to cancel the order, but it had already shipped. I got in touch with Ninecer because it shipped from them, so I wasn't able to return it to Walmart. They offered a discount to keep it, but also supplied me with a label to return it for free. When to box arrived, FedEx had mangled it so bad, the box couldn't be used for the return. Ninecer and I emailed a couple times to try to figure out a solution. Ultimately, they issued me the refund I requested, but also said because of the inconvenience of needing to repackage before I could ship it back, I was welcome to keep the chair. I've never dealt with such a responsive, customer-focused company. They were determined to make things right by me. Ninecer is truly phenomenal, and I won't hesitate to order from them again in the future.

Very comfortable chair

This chair would be fine for someone that doesnt need to use it for more than an hour or so at a time. The seat cushion is pretty unforgiving and I had to buy an extra cushion after a few days because I started having leg and sciatic pain. The lumbar support hit closer to my tailbone than up where it needed to be, so I ended up breaking it out. The chair is much more comfortable without it.

literally not comfortable at all. the backrest doesnt go high enough to even qualify as lumbar support. the “adjustable” headrest barely moves and forces you to strain your neck because again, the lumbar support doesnt provide ANY support and actually stabs your back. whoever designed thir chair hates the human spine and noone should ever buy this chair. buy a different chair i promise you this is not what you expect. Had to put blankets on it and remove the headrest just to avoid neck pain

I’m a single woman. So, I paid a professional handyman to assemble my chair. However, one screw out 4 for the seat would NOT GO IN. The screw would Not match up. So, I have 3 screws and Not 4. Disappointed! I recently had a procedure, so I’m not able to lift to return the chair. I work 3 days remotely, so I need an office chair. I feel I need reimbursement of some of my money, not all but something. I paid for a chair which included all tools and screws to make me feel safe.

Not worth your time or money. Assemble is terrible. The directions are very limited and hard to read. The chair does NOT RECLINE it actually leans FORWARD making one almost fall out of the chair. U have to keep your legs down to stay n position. It is made with good fabric and th bottom of the chair is comfortable but we will be returning ours.

The chair is not comfortable to sit and I feel like I get inclined to the right side. I think the problem is with the seat.
