Works great. Do not overfill. Recommend macadamia nut milk %26 pre-packaged smoothie packs. Let liquid %26 fruit emulsify in the unit before blending for approximately 2 minutes. Then blend 3 times (they’re programmed 30-second blend cycles). Sometimes the smoothie packs or cubes can be too much for the blender. Save it for later with a clip! The next smoothie doesn’t have to be as big. That’s what this blender is for. Keep it leisurely and relax. The nutrients work better this way. It’s a good blender all-around for someone who values health and personal time..even if you’re in a hurry. That’s why I left this review. To explain a technique I worked out for people who work fast with their hands/heads. Work it into your kitchen routine and put some dishes away or something while you’re mincing around. I’ve broken every blender before this and I made sure to focus on not breaking this one because it’s really nice. I too, worked my way up from the nutri-bullet. Plus it’s a very nice color. Very classy. This is for a single serving btw. If you’re making more than one you might need to size-up! (Pictured: a next day smoothie from the last bit of the bag that was too much yesterday)
Bigger isn't always better... except when it comes to personalized blenders! The Ninja Blast packs a punch, but remember—this isn't your full-size kitchen beast. Tossing in full-size ice cubes or frozen blocks will stall it faster than you can say 'smoothie fail.' Pro tip: semi-thaw those veggies and grab tiny ice cube trays or crushed ice (or smash up those standard ice boulders). A little blender tilt goes a long way, too. It's water-resistant (within reason), fully portable, USB-C chargeable, and a breeze to clean. Oh, and it's seriously helped me smooth out my diet—pun totally intended!
Simple, blends very well! Two dislikes, or changes I'd like to see, is more capacity for beverages, and an actual bottom for the cup more like a standard blender. Other than that it was purchased as a gift, and the recipient thoroughly enjoys what it does do.
Oh I love this little guy! My last was a Bullet I think a few years ago. It died pretty quickly. But I'm all in for the size and quality of this blender. Chops ice in seconds which is always the bugbear and recharges very quickly (fast charger cord tho keep in mind) Clean up is cool. Drop in a drop of soap and turn it on, shake up, and rinse. 😁
I bought this for my daily protein shakes. I have to say I am impressed with how powerful it is and so easy to use and wash. After 3 days of having at least two shakes daily I began to wonder why the battery was still going strong. To my surprise, it lasted me 6 days before I needed to recharge. So far I love it!
I love this so much I bring it to work so I can have smoothies all day long. I love that a full charge is roughly 2 hours or less (when I use my laptop charger), and that's good for around 5 blends. The thing is, the blades usually gets stuck at first when I put my frozen strawberries in because it's not too strong. I usually have to shake it a few times to get it going and assist with a few shakes while blending to help gets things even. But I really love the convenience, I can take it anywhere with a handle, it can blend without being plugged in, fast, easy and light.
The Ninja blast portable blender was shipped to me used. It was missing the instruction manual and usb-c charging cable. The person who packed it should've been able to see it was used as the tape to hold package lid to the bottom was not sticking to it and lid was not on tight.
Following the instructions, the base wasnplugged in using the usbc cord provided, and charged for a full 2 hours prior to the the first use. The indicator light flashed green for charging and when it was complete, it was solid geeen. I assembled the container and added the ingredients. After pushing the power button, the indicator turned purple, a section at a time unti the entire square was purple, the blending cycle started. HOWEVER, after about 10 seconds, the blade stopped and the light turned solid red. I have tried four times to charge and use the item and each time the same thing. The disclaimer on the bottom of the packaging advises that the product may change due to continuing design improvements. I will be returning for a FULL refund.
I returned this. After less than 1/2 dozen uses, it began to overheat and melt the charging cord while charging. If I had not seen this I would have had an electrical fire! I would not recommend buying this product. The blender had only been charging for about 3 hours.
I've had it for 3 months. It will not hold a charge and it will not work when plugged in. COMPLETE waste of money! FULLY Charged this morning, and went to make my shake for lunch. Stopped mid cycle! Very frustrating. I love my other Ninja products, but this is junk!
