I really enjoy using my Ninja Luxe Cafe espresso machine every morning to make my favorite oatmilk latte with honey, and it comes delicious every time. It's easy to use, makes great quality espresso, and has become and essential part of my daily routine. If you are a latte lover , this machine is definitely worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so ecstatic about my new ninja luxe cafe premier espresso machine! I'm a big time coffee drinker, at least one cup a day. Do it was a no brainer when I had the opportunity to test this absolute beauty of a machine out. Right out of the box assembly was extremely simple. A great instruction manual and guide was given inside the box and even came with a QR code to scan for a video version which I thought was extremely helpful. Initially I thought this specific model would be a little too big for my kitchen after the unboxing only to find out that it fit so perfectly and it adds such an awesome aesthetic to my kitchen. Now to the important part lol. The lattes that's I've been making with this product are second to none lol. They taste like the quality I've gotten in some of my favorite coffee shops, only I'm able to make them from the convenience of my own home now. The machine is simple to use and does so much of the work for you, including automatically suggesting your next grind size after every drink your drink. If I had one thing to critique out of anything throughout my whole experience (and this is me really searching for anything because I've been so pleased with this product) I'd say it is a little bit loud when I'm making my drink at 4 in the morning lol. Other than that I have nothing but positive feelings and feedback. Thank you ninja I can't wait to continue to experiment with drink options and beans to find the best espresso I can make!

This machine is everything I hoped it would be and more. When my husband said he wanted an espresso machine I was a little nervous. I didn't want a labor intensive process or something that was going be a pain to clean up. This is neither of those things. The machine is easy, easy to clean and has worked exactly as it should since we got it almost 9 months ago. We use it nearly daily. I highly recommend it.

My family uses this machine daily and we've already made hundreds of cups of coffee that taste better than the local coffee shops. At $7/cup it has already paid for itself. Setup took a while with multiple steps to prepare and configure, maybe 45 minutes total. After that, everything was pretty easy. Moving from grinding to pulling shots to frothing milk was straightforward and takes about 4 minutes for a double shot with foamed milk on the default settings. It holds a decent amount of water and will alert you when the reservoir is low, even during a a brewing session. I.e., it will pause the cycle until water is added. A cleaning cycle can take a while but I've only had to do this once. I think it was about an hour to complete after a month of daily usage. Minor irritations: When switching the types of coffee (double vs quad) it seems that you need to turn off the machine before you can select a different type. For example, if I grind beans first without selecting the coffee type immediately on start, I have to turn off the machine for it to reset to allow me to choose brewed coffee or a quad shot. Also, when grinding beans it doesn't always register that the holder is inserted. You have to fiddle with it until it seats. All said, I'm very satisfied with this machine. It can brew lattes, regular brew, foam milk with or without heat, make Cuban coffee, etc..

I'm a huge Ninja fan, so of course this machine would eventually end up in my kitchen. Prior to, I was using a Nespresso Machine which I loved but the capsules became too expensive. When I first saw this machine, I was intimidated. I didn't think I would be able to work it. But thankfully, I figured it out without issues. Cold Brew tastes even BETTER than Starbucks Iced Coffee in a Bottle. Cappuccinos and Lattes are also on-point. For Classic Coffee, I have yet to find the sweet spot (Brew Size/Type/Creamer to Coffee Ratio but that's my own issue, more than likely. The frother works great and is easy to clean. It doesn't take up a lot of counter space so that's always appreciated. Upkeep/Cleaning of parts is not tedious at all.

I am just not that impressed with the coffee maker. There is no setting for a moka only espresso or americano. I also don't care for how bulky it is, it makes it difficult to fill the water reservoir. I have had better coffee.

Okay, so I was debating on 2 or 3 stars. I ended up leaving a 2 star - because! This machine worked wonderfully for the first couple of months, now it's not working properly. The machine doesn't recognize the quad filter basket, so I have to make multiple shots when it really shouldn't be that hard. This machine was NOT cheap! We were very disappointed that it kinda crapped out on us, in a sense. Like, it works - but not as it should! Had I known that, I would have went with another brand.

The machine is not bad except for one huge design flaw. You need extreme force to be able to lock porta filter in place. First I thought I am doing something wrong. I think it is a big design flaw. I have had other espresso machine and none of them require much effort to lock porta filter in place. My wife cannot even budge it so it is useless for her unless I make coffee for her. If their design requires to put 20-30 lbs for force to budge the porta filter they need to go back to drawing board. It's been a month since I bought and have been using it and it is still not easy to turn porta filter.

Makes a good expresso shot, but I cant drink expresso all day, so I was Very disappointed that this model has no hot water and therefore no Americano options, all the pictures imtimate it making all kinds of coffee drinks and most youtubes for this exact model show the Americano option, but it looks like that is only for the EU market, funny everyone gets the Americano except America

I was so excited to get this but at the same time, I was hesitant because I knew about all the bad. Well, I've had this for a little over two weeks and I've made everything it has to offer. Not one cup of Expresso or drip coffee or iced coffee taste the same. The coffee is either over extracted or under extracted. The barista assist is of no help. I gave it my all and ever single cup I've tried no matter how I made it, tasted terrible. The only thing that worked well was the Frother. Without a doubt, the Frother is a beast and makes the best hot chocolate. No reason to keep a machine that cost $600 just for some amazing hot chocolate. Sorry Ninja, this is not what I hoped for 😭😭😭 I'm a coffee enthusiast and bougie about what I drink. I was hopeful for this, to save money on coffee house cafe's 😭😭😭😭😭. I'll stick with my Moka pot and pour overs
