Ninja Master Prep Food Processor & Blender, 400W, 48-Oz Pitcher, 16-Oz Chopper Bowl, One-Touch, QB900B

When I see the condition of the box my Ninja was delivered in, I knew it was going to be very damaged. The outer box was either opened and resealed at some stage during the delivery, or the sender just really didn't care about whether or not the product made it to their customer. After opening the outer box, I saw that the inner box had been opened. The tab in the product box was torn and not closed all the way. Despite my instinct to return it because I respected it had been used, i kept it because it seemed to be in good and unused condition. It worked when I tried it, but I haven't actually used it yet. I have had Ninjas before and have even purchased several as gifts. Happy with my purchase but not the packaging or the shipping.

This is the best ninja blender out there!! I personally think they don't push it because it is kind of a hazard with handling the blades since they come out and have to be cleaned; you have to be very careful cleaning this food processor but it is just fantastic. It's perfect for everything: chopping, smoothies, dips, salads and dressings, ice cream you name it. I just made a massive batch of homemade hummus and it took me 1 minute to blend which my other blender took me 15/20 minutes having to constantly stop and mix it. I didn't have to take the top off to stir not once!! If you are looking for an all on one food processor/bender this is your best bet and this specific one is the best price you will find because I looked everywhere for the best deal on the master prep system. **The product says it's green but I received a grey one. Not a big deal at all but just wanted to leave that note incase that matters to you.

Someone else already used it and left food in the pitcher. Wasn't complete-missing pieces. I bought new and received a return. Can't give a review on the item because it was disgusting. I also purchased green and I was sent gray.

At first glance I thought it didn't look that powerful. I have used it for several different reasons. It chops nuts, makes beautiful smoothies and sauces. Great for salsa. If you only want a small amount it has the little pitcher/blender. I would recommend using this.

Great little kitchen tool! Worth the money! I think it is a tiny but annoying to get the lid affixed juuuuust right. But that's not too terrible. I think it emulsifies everything about the same, so there not much variety in how it chops (FYI). I recommend it for a quick food processor that is well-priced and easy to store, lift, etc.

ordered this blender, paid for it, and I got a notification that it was delivered but it was not delivered. I never received the blender.☹️

This item was clearly previously opened and taken out of the box. (I don't know if it was used). Also, it's an ugly gray colo but I ordered GREEN!

this is such a great blender/food processor combo. The blades are sharp and I like the versatility of having a larger jug and a smaller jug. The components have all been through the dishwasher (top rack) many times and they're still working fantastic! Definitely reccommend for anyone looking for a blender.

The unit we repackaged and not brand new (as it was supposed to be).

Geez, I'm not sure if I can recommend the product, but the packaging was definitely terrible. The box looked like it had been around the world twice, was missing parts, and did not include an instruction manual.
