It arrived very fast, product was as pictured, weve been shopping for pots and pans for a few months and we could aee what we wanted and read product descriptions without having to take every box off the shelf and read it, plus i didnt need so.eone to carry it to my car for me, it came right to my door!

Love that these are truly nonstick and dishwasher safe. The pan does need to be hot before you put food in it for the nonstick to work. The stock pot began to bubble at the bottom and ninja sent a replacement immediately. Make sure you register the set online for the warranty.

I love these pots and pans! I had gone on vacation last year and the house I stayed in had these pots and pans, when I returned home I ordered them for myself. I have been using them almost daily for the last 6 months and love them! mine have held up great. while you can put these in the dishwasher, I do not. I hand wash them only. nothing's sticks, nothing had chipped, they're still brand new looking. the only thing I dislike is that there is no kids that fit the pans in the set, I would've liked if the lids fit both the pots and pans.

before i even opened them i saw a label on outside that they cannot be used on the ceramics glass cooktops based on that labrl the only thing to do was return them for refund. why would a company that big make something that wouldn't work on a very popular appliance.

This set was a great purchase for the first few months. Cleanup is easy, very much nonstick. Then came disaster, I dropped one of the pans on the floor accidentally. The drop was about 4 ft and my pan completely bent out of shape, it is no longer functional and the return period has already expired. Buy the set but just know they're a little delicate

Watching what you buy, when looking at pic in description look at the top it says Essential it is the lightweight one. You want the one that has the word Premium above pic that one is heavy duty, it is thicker and the ninja is on the handle by the pans, the thin one is out by the hook hole. Essentials work good but they don't need much heat or you can burn your food. They are a LOT thinner.

I did purchase 2 set of pots set and both set came with the pots covered top that doesn't fit in very well. And I was a really disappoint because I an in love with the Ninja brand , i believe that this is one of the best brands out there in the market that is way i I have pretty much everything Ninja in my kitchen. I love Ninja appliance so i thought this cookware was going to be same quality but it's the worst cookware I have bought. the exterior coat starting peeling off in less than a month, now the interior is also peeling off. I have had it for less than 5 months. At this price, it's a scam.

We bought this and brought to our country, unfortunately after how many months it chipped off even if I didn't scrub it with anything sharp. I wash it with just sponge. No one uses it except me. I can't return it because we are far from USA. For me to return this , i have to go to US . It has 10 yrs warranty but sending it is hassle with all processes that is not clear. Im so disappointed for I am a Ninja user for a decade and this is the only product that i will never buy again.
