Very excited to receive the Ninja programmable 14 cup coffee pot. It replaces another well known coffeemaker. I’m in love with the removable water reservoir. It’s so much easier, no more spilling water into the filter area. Wish I had switched sooner. This coffee maker programs much easier and produces much hotter coffee. I love the locking feature on the coffee pot. No more spills

This makes great coffee! I am a simple girl, but I love drip coffee with creamer, nothing too fancy. This makes 12 cups! It's a nice looking coffee machine, very easy to use. Low maintenance and very quiet. I gifted one to my parents and they love it too!

I love the sleek design of this coffee maker and how it doesn't take up a ton of counter space. The removable water reservoir makes it convenient and easy to fill up. The brew is consistently good. The only place where it is missing the mark is the flawed coffee pot design -whenever I brew 10 cups or more the pot will drip when pouring a cup until the level gets down to below 10'cups. It's odd and has been an issue with this lot for the 3 years I've owned it. Ninja replaced the pot for me and it didn't resolve the problem so I believe it is a design flaw. I don't often make a large pot so I deal with it.

Seems to be working well then the carafe broke during brewing. Made a huge mess. Probably going send whole thing back since I shouldn’t have to wait for a replacement. Such a shame.

Item arrived defective, the error message it returned was related to the heating element. Never brewed a single cup of coffee.

Coffee spills everywhere after brewing the 4 cup mark and the glass shattered from the heat after the 2nd use. Terrible quality from this brand

Every time I pour myself a cup of coffee, I have coffee Everywhere! I pour slowly and I pour quickly, I have to have paper towels (even Swedish towels) to clean up the coffee that spills out.
