Great product and it even arrived earlier than expected. Perfectly good condition.

Product arrived as expected in Japanese packaging. It's not a big deal since it's easy to immediately set up in the US in English after turning it on. One of the Joy-Cons had a manufacturing defect (not the seller's fault), but Nintendo has a program to repair Joy-Cons for free :)

The prices are better online only and there not willing to match there website prices it sucks but it's the truth

We love the switch! My son plays it everyday after school work. Its a great motivational tool to help keep him on track. As always Nintendo is a great company. Thank you

everything came as expected. only thing different was the joycon holder controller, which was for a original switch. clean and pretty!!!

Japanese box threw me off at first but that's what I get for not reading the whole listing. Device is just fine.

Box was missing the actual LCD switch and controllers. Cardboard insert was there but was empty. Had all the other components. Glad I opened it before xmas, my daughter would have been really disappointed. How does an item even ship out like this? It's my 1st and last Walmart online purchase. Called customer service for refund and returned to store. Strong work Walmart! Can I get refunded for my gas money to return it?

When I opened my order, it was the Japanese Edition. My order clearly shows the American version. I can't find a place on the website to ask questions.
