It arrived in poor condition. It didn't arrive on the agreed date. And it doesn't seem to work either. This was a Christmas gift and the truth is that they should take better care of their products.

This is a COUNTERFEIT Switch dock!!!!!!!!
This switch dock is a COUNTERFEIT part. Please see photo. After receiving the product, I had some issues with it immediately and decided to investigate. I took apart the real switch dock I already have and this one to see if there was damage to the new one. What I found was very unfortunate… It has a counterfeit motherboard inside completely different from OEM.

All bad
The doc was received broken, would not work. Plus you guys have really nasty Napa lettuce. The lettuce was yellow, odorous and had black crap all over it

Faulty Dock
The dock I was sold doesn't even work it connects to the switch but doesn't even stay connected. Awful

USED ITEMS SOLD AS NEW!!!!
Nothing came in an original box. Dock and cables were just individually bubble wrapped and usb c end of the power cord was visibly dirty. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I can't give someone's leftovers to my kid as a Christmas gift. Everything works but completely disappointed

DO NOT buy from this seller.
DO NOT buy from this seller. I did not know that walmart allowed independent sellers to sell on wallmart.com. I was misled and believed I was buying from walmart.com. This seller indicated with a picture of the item in question that I was getting a new item in factory packaging. What I received looks like either a used item or a refurbished item, not in any factory packaging. I contacted the seller about this and have had no reply. There was also no invoice or other method to return the item. This seller is deceptive. DO NOT buy from them.

The item is from Japan. Seller intentionally did not show the back of the package. Unable to use it and return was refused. It was supposed to be a birthday present and arrived 3 days late on top of being a dud. Do not buy from this seller. All positive reviews were from fake accounts.

Do not buy!
The box was the Chinese version, appears to have been purchased before. I didn't even open it and immediately returned. Contacted seller and asked for the US version which is pictured on the listing, the response was simply send it back. This appears to be not the genuine product as indicated - do not buy! I'm glad Walmart gave a full refund.
