It's perfect for my 9 year old and I can monitor what games he's playing as opposed to having a tablet where he can download just about anything. And it doesn't require internet access!

Was surprised to receive a switch box all in Japanese. I thought I was buying an American version of the switch. Nothing in the description would suggest otherwise. The switch plug did however still fit a US outlet although I believe the voltage on the plug is lower than a US plug. when turned on you can still pick your language so able to use in English. Just disappointed that the seller did not specify in the description that this was a Japanese switch.

First extremely dissatisfied with shipping. It was delayed and arrived after Christmas even though it was supposed to arrive before but over all it's okay. First glance it's a thin console. No instructions just a little paper in Chinese. The battery life on this thing really sucks I charged it before even using for several hours. Played all of 15 20 mins and it was already at half battery life definitely not impressed. The charger is very bulky. Over all of I would have known the battery life was bad I wouldn't have purchased it.

I got the european version instead. Wrong plug, have to buy one. Also, have to change my wifi settings to accomodate it. Was shipped 2 days and then it never arrived due to an "error" and had to be resent. Beware, they will not send you the USA version and that is a big deal!!

Nintendo switch that was sent is Japanese format. it does not list it as such and i returned to store but refund hasn't processed. Now they say it could be 30 days. Total sham and I'm beyond aggravated! Third party and Walmart are BOTH ridiculous for not processing the refund immediately. Walmart should stand behind the customers since they allow it to be sold on their website listed inaccurately!

They sent me a USB plug that can't even be plugged into wall outlets, than the lil part that connects to that won't even fit. Now I have to come out the pocket and spent more money just so my nephew can play his Nintendo switch. Plus there's NOTHING an English, box nor instructions booklet.

Was purchased as a gift to my son for Christmas but thinks to faulty battery it was a gift that didn't last long enough to enjoy. Don't waste your time trying to return it and don't waste your time trying to replace the battery. The thing is literally a ticking time bomb waiting to cause a fire.

Came with a wrong charger. Its meant for Europe.

Be careful of the "Import Region Free" piece. This is an import with a useless AC charger. The charger is not built for use in the USA, it comes with an adapter to be used in the USA. After I put the adapter on the piece is so large

I ordered this for my teenage son for Christmas. He didn't even get to use it for an hour before it quit working. I am not happy that his one present was defective especially paying full price and it being marked as new.
