Does not come with a US converter for the plug in. This was the only one of the 3 different ones we bought that didn't have a US charger

Was surprised to receive a switch box all in Japanese. I thought I was buying an American version of the switch. Nothing in the description would suggest otherwise. The switch plug did however still fit a US outlet although I believe the voltage on the plug is lower than a US plug. when turned on you can still pick your language so able to use in English. Just disappointed that the seller did not specify in the description that this was a Japanese switch.

Purchased on Walmart. Com for a Christmas gift SEPTEMBER 21, 2020 . Opened box on November 26, 2020 and system doesn't come on and battery will not charge .

Be careful of the "Import Region Free" piece. This is an import with a useless AC charger. The charger is not built for use in the USA, it comes with an adapter to be used in the USA. After I put the adapter on the piece is so large

I was scammed. It came broken not in the box. The box was turn apart

It's a European model and it's trash. It says nothing that it was from Europe. Trash

Nintendo switch that was sent is Japanese format. it does not list it as such and i returned to store but refund hasn't processed. Now they say it could be 30 days. Total sham and I'm beyond aggravated! Third party and Walmart are BOTH ridiculous for not processing the refund immediately. Walmart should stand behind the customers since they allow it to be sold on their website listed inaccurately!

Was purchased as a gift to my son for Christmas but thinks to faulty battery it was a gift that didn't last long enough to enjoy. Don't waste your time trying to return it and don't waste your time trying to replace the battery. The thing is literally a ticking time bomb waiting to cause a fire.
