Nioxin Scalp + Hair Thickening System 3 Shampoo 10.1 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been testing out the Nioxin Age Defense shampoo which is absolutely fabulous for my thin density fine textured long hair! This clear shampoo lathers exceptionally well and provides a very nourished and clean feel to my scalp. My hair doesn’t feel parched and my scalp doesn’t feel overly cleansed or tight afterwards which is fabulous given that my scalp is sensitive and my hair tangles easily. I find that my hair is very reflective and has this lasting clean and fresh scent that makes me excited to wash my hair! The scent is of a fresh, water and green notes that last throughout the day. The instructions are clear and concise regarding application - apply to scalp and massage using fingertips. It is very gentle, has no sulfates and is silicone free which is hard to find! I will continue to use this product in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo was very easy to lather and rinse. So much so that I was able to do a double shampoo, easily, which is the method I prefer for my scalp. It did not leave any residue and left the appearance of my hair, seeming strong and shiny.

I have used Nioxin for years. I wanted to give the age defense shampoo and conditioner a try. I have really, really bad hair. These products support my scalp and makes it so much better. If you have not great hair like I do please try the shampoo and conditioner together. I think you will love it. %233 for color treated hair lathers well and doesn’t dry out my hair and scalp as much as %232. My hair does appear thicker but a little dry so I use a leave in conditioner. The smell is not great.

i struggled with Telogen effluvium and lost what felt like 1/2 of my hair after using this shampoo with the serum my hair is coming in thicker and i no longer shed any hairs in the shower i will definitely be repurchasing.

It lathers really nicely, which I love, and it actually makes my hair feel clean without that stripped feeling. That’s super important for me since my hair is color-treated and can get frizzy. After rinsing, my hair feels fresh but still soft, not dry or tangled. It does a good job of removing any scalp buildup while keeping my natural oils balanced. The scent is light and clean, nothing overpowering. It’s a great everyday shampoo, especially if you want something that cleans well without drying out your hair.

I have very fine, thinning hair that gets dirty very quickly. This kept my hair nice and clean, and a little shiny. I enjoyed my experience with it. It did not leave a build up or weigh my hair down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a bad shampoo. It does not have much of a smell and father's up quite nicely so you dont need to use too much. Instructions ate pretty clear and easy to follow. Not sure about the delaying grey hair claim.as thats going to be pretty hard to to say really as your not going to know if you would have had grey coming in any faster or slower with or with out it.

I bought this hoping it would help with my itchy scalp. It made it much worse. Spent all this $ and have used it 3 times and cannot use it anymore. I'm so disappointed!
