The bottle (package) was good. The outside packaging (cardboard) could be improved upon. Please recommend better outside packaging. ALSO have delivery services ring our doorbell. Porch pirates are watching for deliveries, and it's unsafe to have something dropped at our door. The delivery person could also put the package behind the cement/concreet bench to the left of our double-wide front .

I have been using this along with Propecia and Rogaine. I had people say my hair is looking thicker. Not sure which part of the combo is working or maybe all three are doing the trick. All I know is that it is working and the Nioxin is part of my treatment. Worth the money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This conditioner has been incredible in helping me regrow hair as well as stop the excessive amount of hair I was losing. The scent is minty and it tingles on the scalp. I have bought this product at other locations and found Walmart had the most affordable prices.

I love the smell of peppermint and I've been using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner for about 10 years. I started using it when I noticed very thin spots when I pulled my hair back into a ponytail. My hair has no more bald (or almost bald) spots and is now down to my waist. This is the best product for thinning hair!

Product selection and prices are great, however, when a product is delayed it would be nice to know for how long and when the product could be expected. Your communication that the products have been ordered and when it should be delivered is wonderful, but I still haven't received one of the items I ordered more than a week ago.

Back when perms were "necessary" every single place I went to get a perm I was always charged double because I had too much hair! One lady even asked what shampoo I used and when I told her Prell she had a fit... you need to stop using that now, it will make you lose all your hair. Then she told me she would have to charge me double. Maybe I needed more Prell. Then, after 60, I started shedding all that excess hair (like all the people in my family) and I started using Nioxin. I've used it for many years now and I really like it. It makes my scalp tingle and leaves my hair so smooth and soft and shiny. It is rather expensive but doesn't take as much now because I have about 1/10th of the hair I had when I started using it... but I keep using it because I'm sure when I'm bald my scalp will be so shiny and soft! Do you think I could get a perm for half price now?
