I'm a fan. I really hate the taste of liver but the benefits are so great, I had to find beef liver suppliments that were grass fed and finished and had no fillers. This beef liver suppliment has loads of vitamin A as retinol, not synthetic junk in A suppliments, but the real deal. it's got lots of iron, copper, protien, B12, CoQ10, among others. It's replacing my synthetic vitamins and that feels amazing. I do wish that they put some of the nutritional values on the label. I needed to research prior to purchasing to discover it all. Maybe in their photo description... that would be helpful for future customers looking for beef liver suppliments. i started taking these slowly. 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening. Then after a week, 1 more at night, and finally, 1 more in the morning. The dose listed is 4 a day... best to see how ypu tolerate them by going slowly. And to avoid taking too much iron and too much vitamin A, I reduce the dose if I ate/drank those nutrients during the day. I have lots of energy, and spend less on synthetic vitamins which makes these suppliments more cost effective.

I can't say this product was for me! It's for my husband and he's a little weight lifter and he loves this stuff

Goos supplement of liver. I take this for low iron and it does not hurt my stomach like iron tablets do.
