I wish I could give this a better review. Honestly I did not take it for the recommended period of time. According to instructions you should take for at least three weeks before you can feel any real effects. I have only been taking them less than a week which is when I received them. They do sound promising. though

I have a hard time telling whether or not medicines really work or not. This item is no different to me. What I can tell you, is that it doesn't taste very good. It kind of has a black licorice, honey smell and taste. It is a liquid, so maybe mixing it into something might make it bearable. Not something I would try again.
