Taken it for a very long time, learned about it when I was 19, nobody believes me age, I dont feel it, its shocking at times, but this stuff helps you stay young. I have no affiliation with this products sales or investment, I had no idea this would bring me to middle age and feel this way at all. The new ones Im not happy about, when there is only one of these ingredients, one alone isnt balanced at all, the extra additional stuff is just marketing, the only thing you need is these two ingredients balanced as I stated above. Thats it.

I only weigh about 110 pounds so I just take 1 pill in the morning before I workout. I am 47 years old and I actually have a six pack. A friend referred me to this product and I wasn't really sure it would help my muscles, but I started seeing results within about 2 weeks. Pretty amazing.

I take 12 at bedtime on an empty stomach. This times my growth hormone release that naturally occurs during the first 90 minutes of sleep with the added growth hormone release from the arginine/ornithine caps. The powdered form is cheaper but tastes horrible to me.

If you feel you need this is great, it helps with so many things I cannot begin to list it all. Mainly I have found for myself deeper sleep where I am dreaming and talking in my sleep. I also gave Tony son who is a horrible sleeper and for e first time he wakes up telling me about his dreams. Everyone has also said we look thinner which is a side effect for some as it helps with some hormone not sure, and we didn't purchase for that use so you need to look up. But I would have they have told my son a number of times since he started using it.

This batch feels a little different may be because I had been taking these for a while now, they don't have the same effect in the body which is to help you eliminate fat combine with routine exercise. Arginine is a blood vessel dilator and helps with the transportation of nutrients into the muscles. Ornithine combats lactic acid build up, inflammation, and is a mild anti-aromatase. Basically, this product helps you workout with more intensity and at the same time aids in the recovery process. They do work and I can recommend it. Take them on an empty stomach before exercising or any sports activity that you might be doing. Take into consideration that you have to combine these with routine exercise and a balance food ingestion ( Not necessarily a diet) to see a difference or progress. These are not miracle pills.

I am not sure if this is a general problem or just bad luck on my part, but I am finding that the capsules are breaking apart, spewing the contents all over my other vitamins and meds. Have others had this same issue? As to the effectiveness of this product, I must say I do not seem to have much issue with blood pressure now....as to any other claims, not sure what they are but nothing much has changed for me!

The capsules keep popping open and the powder is going everywhere.
