I love the quality and quantity of this product for the price. I take this vitamin for my immune system. I have Lupus, and I have had Covid. This vitamin helps in my immune system fighting back so the Lupus flare ups, and the Covid virus attacks aren't as harsh on my body. Thanks Walmart for on time delivery to my front door.

Loose wait effortlessly.
In the Pill form no measuring just take one a day. This product is a MCT ( medium chain triglyceride) witch will produce ketone and promote calorie bypass and therefore wait loss. Recommended in the book longevity Paradox. I have only been using it for one week should see results in about 2 weeks.

Good value and a must if you take Beet Root for your circulation. It makes Beet Root work so much better, like adding Red Yeist Rice to CoQ10 or Piperine to Turmeric so you get the most out of the supplements you take for your health

Too high a dose
28,000 mg is not recommended for anyone to take. I did not realize that the dose was this high when I ordered them. It can interfere with other medication's and cause side effects that are dangerous.
