I have added this to my sleep schedule to aide in that stubborn 3:30-4:30 am unplanned wake up that Melatonin can't help. I find even if I do wake randomly that I am able to easily go right back to sleep. I take this a few hours before bed so it isn't an Instant knock out and it has built up in my system over time which has improved my results.

I can tell the difference what i do take the Gaba close to bedtime, from the nights that i forget to take it. I feel Gaba really improves my sleeping, and my staying asleep and not waking up often.

This is my go-to for sleep at night. No knock out feeling. Just ease into peaceful sleep. I have tried other brands and they all worked. But Nutricost is the best product for the price.

The price is good and they work well. I take them before bed cuz they really help quiet my thoughts so I can drift off to sleep. GABA is better than melatonin. No fog upon waking. Definitely recommend.
