2013 Honda Pilot had a completely dead battery. Nothing would come on! I plugged in the NOCO 1000A and it started right up. My battery is completely dead I had to use the NOCO repeatedly to start the car. I was able to start the car 4 times and could have done more, but I finally put it on the charger. This device works great. Walmart has a great price as well.
I have a 2019 ford fusion but work from home and like never leave the house so my battery is new but runs dry at times and it happens 2 times withing a year now I’m alone nothing to jump start for me this thing is small and extremely efficient! It may not have an air pump but it started my car faster then any other Jump box or other cars with normal cables and it’s small easy to store in glove box or in car and the battery last a long time and easy to charge up! I wish cables were longer but it Even has a flash light and portable battery Bank as well and very well for multi use!! Highly recommend. Price may seem high but with the market and vs getting an unreliable cheap battery box like I almost got this is definitely one to fork a few dollars to keep you alive!!
Haven't driven my Honda Fit as much since COVID and the battery finally died. I wanted to be able to jump start the car myself, whereas in the past 'I have always depended on the kindness of strangers'. Got it in 2 days, took 3 hours to fully charge, hooked it up to the battery and the car started immediately. Easy to use, feels solid and would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend this unit. It is easy to use, compact and powerful. I purchased for my wife as I often travel for work and out of town. Having the peace of mind, knowing she will NEVER be stranded because of a dead battery is very comforting. So if you need to jump a large SUV to a lawn mower that has sit the entire off season, this will do the job. *5 STAR*
This is a must have for someone with a car they don't drive much. Easy to use, light weight
I originally called my insurance company to give me a jump, and the guy ended up leaving saying he had another call when I turned it off and it didn’t start again. That made me kind of upset, and I decided to buy my own jump starter instead of having to rely on someone else. I bought the NOCO Boost Plus Ultra Safe Jump Starter. 12V 1000A. I charged it overnight and the next day I connected it to my battery. It was past dead it was DEAD! And it started right up! (AHHHHH the angel sang.) I then drove it to the auto store and had them check the battery. They got their jump starter out and, nothing. They went into the store got a second one tried to jump it and, nothing. I told them that I had a jump starter in the car that worked, but they wouldn’t let me use it. My car battery was under warranty, so they put a new battery into the car and it started and everything was wonderful. Or so I thought. When I was driving, I noticed that my radio would go off and my lights would dim. I got home and I noticed that my tires were low, one almost completely, so I went to the gas station in my truck and got some fix a flat. I put it in and took it to the gas station to get air in all tires. When I got home, I noticed an idiot light on so I figured I should have checked the fluids. The new battery now didn’t start the car. I used the NOCO again! Instantly started. By now it’s about 11:00 pm but I live in a safe area and was down the rabbit hole. I pulled on to the main although country road with no street lights and within a hundred feet I lost all power, lights, everything. A semi truck was coming quickly behind me. I coasted off the road. The truck laid on the horn went past me and now I’m Stuck Again! Except this time I’m alone and it’s dark and I’m now scared. I used my NOCO boost plus AND the light yet again and it worked within seconds. I went to go get some gas after I got the fix a flat and after turning the car off to pump the gas , guess what? Dead Again! A man and his daughter came by and said she has the same car and it’s a design flaw in the terminal and to “hit it here” when it happens…(?) I noticed that I could slip the connector right off the terminal so That’s On The Auto Store. I went home. But I thought “You know it had been sitting there unused for a while. I should check all of the fluids.” so I went back to the gas station and checked the brake fluid, the oil and the coolant, etc., All Good. I went to go back in turn it on and it was Dead Again! I am so glad I brought the NOCO boost plus with me I could have left it at home and stranded. Many times that night. And it still had power! I’m just a girl so obviously I don’t know much about cars. But what I Do Know is that buying the NOCO Boost Plus was oneof my best decisions!!! 5 Million Stars!
I purchased this for my parents for when they are going out of town on Dr appointments. They have had to use the jump starter two times so far. They said the ease of use and knowing they had it was great. They said it was much better than waiting on AAA to come for a jump start. I'm looking at getting one for my wife now so she can be prepared also.
I am sick of delivery drivers delivering my Walmart items to the wrong house when my house is clearly marked and the address shows up on GPS. The person who delivered this item did not care about getting it to the correct address. Why is there no way to correct this and notify the delivery driver? Most times my deliveries are done correctly but too often they are not because the drivers are in such a big hurry and keep dropping my items off at the house next door.
The only thing I thought was lacking is that there is no booklet of instructions on how to use. Not all of us are knowledgeable about car things. I watched a video on YouTube and then it worked out very well. Well packaged, other than no instructions for use, and was delivered quickly. After charging it up, watching the video, it started my car right up. Good idea to have one of these in the car just in case. :)
i cant even uae it because it came with the incorrect charging cord. it needs a micro usb and it came with a USB-c to USB-c cord, how does that even happen?? i didnt get the cord and car adapter as shown in the photo circled in red. i got the cord showed in my hand instead, which doesnt work for this.
