I do not do yoga so I cannot comment on that. I need a way to prop myself up in bed that does not take up too much room. I've tried those things with the arms-not for me. It's a twin bed so little extra room. I'm elderly so it can't be difficult to move. The handle is very helpful. So the yoga pillow goes on the bottom and does not move. Then a travel pillow, then a travel sized buckwheat pillow. Since I'm stuck in bed most of the time this helps me eat my meals and watch TV..

I love my yoga bolster. I do yoga everyday and use it very often. This is new to me to use one and it's added a whole new dimension to my workout.

You send this to the wrong address. I'm in Florida and you mailed it to Kansas at my home. I know I put my Florida address because I only would use this product in Florida. Not happy.

I bought it to use as a pillow as I have difficulties finding extra firm pillows. Arrived very fast. It is huge, bulky and heavy. It would have been appropriate for meditation, as a sit on cushion but not for what I needed. If the size was half the W, and 3/5 of the H it would have been perfect for my needs; but not as is. I will be returning it.

The item had a rather wretched smell. Seller returned the money promptly and easily, however.

The reviewers are right. The smell is pungent and vile. My child asked if it was filled from a barnyard, like used musty hay. It sucks cuz the bolster is the perfect mix of solid and soft for my arthritic knees.

item delivered earlier than expected. Packaged well. This item was exactly what I was wanting! was so excited, until I opened it. As many reviewed, it smelled horrible! very musty. I aired it out, sprayed with Febreeze. did not help at all. very disappointed 😞

Product reeks of mold, both the outer casing and bolster itself. I am allergic to mold. Do not recommend.

The smell was horrific. it stunk my entire back 2 rooms up. its like the hulls used were never cleaned. I returned the item immediately. it was also stuff poorly so it was lumpy and uneven anyways. the cashier smelled it and was like what is that?
