this handy strecher came in black which is fine It's not the color it's what use you get out of it ,and what it does for you in general when it come to your over all health when you use it it helped me achieve my strength in my leg help me regain my muscle strength that i lost i Would not have been able To achieve without having a long strap to help stretch and move my leg, would I recommend this device? Yes, it also helped me when I couldn't lift my leg due to my poor functioning of the hip before I had surgery. Help me lift my leg appropriately and accordingly.If not I would have struggled And it would have just caused more pain doing it the wrong way. This helped me do it the right way. And help me lift my leg to where I was able to place it in my bed, so I could sleep cause I had no strength, I had no capacity to lift my way on its own due to I needed to have hip surgery and I had a labor chair.So this gently help me Lift and move With ease, this was a very handy strap. Do I recommend? Yes, yes, I even showed the Doctor what I was using temporarily. He said after my surgery. I would not need to have this device if it's helping me now. Before surgery, I won't need it after surgery. My hip replacement would not require the use of this afterwards and he was correct the very 1st day of surgery. I had no use for this device, but came in handy dandy before. I had the surgery cause I wasn't able to Lift and move without the help of this device.

It works well to stretch the plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend!

Excellent material has proper strength and works very well to help me with my stretching routine excellent! I need when I will get another ones ASAP I would want to get as many people possible involved in stretching hundreds this is great thank you for the experience!

The deeper stretch this allows compared to regular stretching straps is considerable. A minute a day on each leg has relieved the middle of the night worries a hamstring or calf will knot up. This was the least expensive of similar straps and it is holding up so far.

Not much to it but a cheap strap but it helps to stretch my feet and alleviate some plantar issues. Would recommend to family and friends who may need such an item. Shipping was reasonably quick as well.

Doesn't Work As Good On Drop Foot As I Hoped. It Crunches %26 Hurts My Toes. Maybe If We Work With It, Might Do Better.
