My bed is too soft to do any kind of exercises, and the floor is too hard. This mat lays down a perfect firmness for exercising, and is easy to unroll and roll back up. The carrying straps also make it easy to move around and store. And it's not an expensive item.
the foam mat makes it easy on the knees when exercising. like the blue appearance and the strap on the mat for easy storage.
Product was as expected and delivered ahead of schedule.
I like the size. It's big enough for my Pilates machine to sit on and is comfortable when I have to use without The machine.
Very nice two sided, very strong.
I like the mat for the price range, the length is good but I wished the mat was a bit wider. I haven't full used it so it still curls slightly. It's not bad I think.
It's slippery on my carpet. It doesn't seem like the material will hold up with use.
My knees still hurt!!
The product arrived in good shape and on time. After the first use, I noticed the surface had tears in it. It is better than no mat. I would not order this product in the future.
