None Such Mincemeat Classic Original with Apples and Raisins, 27 Ounce

No wild goose chase for me this year! The monopoly that has a stranglehold on our grocery market doesn't always have this on the shelves and I decided to avoid the aggravation and come straight to the source. My life-long family tradition will be intact this Thanksgiving, and it will be exceptional as always.

Love this product just hard to find on store shelves due to lack of demand I'm sure.. Glad I could buy tha product online..

Every year on Thanksgiving and Christmas, our extended family would gather at our grandparents' house for dinner and celebration. Mincemeat pie was a specialty of my grandmother. I used to live for those occasions when I knew Gammy was making mincemeat pie. She taught my wife how make mincemeat pie...and, it continued as a part of Christmas or Thanksgiving...however, lately it is almost as expensive ounce for ounce as gold or silver. We still make ONE every year...but, recently our bank has notified us that they can no longer advance us the cost mincemeat from our home equity.

Best courteous pleasant people I have encountered. Had to get replacement for one jar due to shipping damage. Replacement came with so much sturdy packing. It wouldn't have broke if you dropped off the roof. As far as the product if you are a none such Mincemeat consumer you will understand the master flavor I am sure my eyes rolled back when I cheated and had a spoonful. Thank you for the excellent service and the travel back in time. I am 71 years old and you sent me back in time. Send me a catalog if you have one. You are such nice people. ☺

The 1st jar i ordered came destroyed by UPS. I tried getting help from Walmart but no go. I called the actual seller located in Alpharetta GA. They were truly wonderful! I got a replacement and they packed it extremely well. It also came through the USPS. I got it in 4 days. Coffee and Filters in Alpharetta GA you're Rockstars!! I only wish customer service at Walmart was as handy and capable. Nonesuch mincemeat is absolutely fabulous!

It is just getting to a point that it is too expensive, and too expensive to buy the ingredients to make it at home. The high prices of everything will starve the lower income people soon. I looked at the cost of the ingredients to make this and I just about cried.

This is the absolute best pie filling if you love mincemeat and always can find it at Walmart for the season. That being said ….. the pie filling (which is in a heavy glass mason jar) along with 2 boxes of pumpkin bread mix kits were unusable as the jar was broken and pumpkin bread mix was everywhere inside the box. The box it came in was not damaged but items inside were not secured to avoid the damage. I have contacted customer service explained my situation, just wanted the items replaced but due to the items being out of stock asked for refund. I understood the items would be refunded and was willing to send a picture, then received an email that I needed to take this back to the store for refund. Definitely not going to take a box of broken glass and bread mix, in a soaked box to get a refund and can't believe they would ask this.

this was 6 large jars of nonesuch Mincemeat.. There was not one piece of packaging materials. all jars were smashed and mincemeat all over the place. It was unbelievable and unusual, usually is extra packaging materials.
