Nordic Ware Extra Large Oven Crisp Baking Tray

I wasn't looking for anything like this. I have a very well set up kitchen. This popped up as a suggestion and it was on sale for a very reasonable price, so I thought “why not?” and purchased it. To my surprise I have used it almost everyday since it arrived. Mine is well made and sturdy, without being overly heavy. I don't cook in aluminum, so even with the rack, I line the bottom. I also spray the rack with oil before placing food, therefore sticking has not been an issue (an ounce of prevention…). One thing to consider, it's quite LARGE. I didn't pay attention to the size when I ordered and even with a very large kitchen, storing this in the oven is the only practical place. It's not only long and wide, it's quite deep. If you do a lot of cooking at home, you will find a use for this.

It's a nice and sturdy tray that shouldn't warp in the oven. I own many Nordic Ware baking sheets, never had a problem with them. I handwash and wipe them off right after use and never use metal utensils on them. My old ones still look good as new. My only request to the manufacturer is that they should pack it with better protection where the feet of the rack touch the actual tray. My tray has some scuff marks from the way it was packaged by Nordic Ware (not Walmart).

We bought as a Christmas gift for our son who bakes and cooks a lot. I am excited for him to open it as it comes with a rack which he will love!! The product looks very well made.

Perfect size I needed to cook two 13 lbs turkeys at once.
