Beautiful…..
Beautiful….,making a red velvet cake in it tomorrow. No frosting, maybe a dusting of powdered sugar. I've found the Bakers oil/flour spray is the answer for me.

Ita just what we wanted for a holiday party and the cake pan made a great looking cake!

I got this for Christmas and use it that day. I made a Red Velvet cake in it. The cake came out very moist and tasted great. I was a little disappointed in the look of the cake. It was really hard to see the design and I'm hoping it's because of the color of cake I used. But other than that I am extremely happy with the pan and would highly recommend it.

Another quality product by Nordic Ware. It's heavy enough for even heat distribution and resisting nicks & dents for many holiday seasons to come.. I haven't used it yet but if the non-stick coating is as good as the other NordicWare novelty pans, the finished cake will slip right out...well, maybe with a little light greasing. ?Although we think of "wreaths"as something larger, it clearly states on the pan that this has a 9-cup capacity, just perfect for a centerpiece or large platter?

Good product
This pan is very nice wish it had handles to help turn the pan over when taking the cake out. Shipping was expensive
