The lid is better then the foil or plastic wrap
This is a great baking sheet. I used it to make ginormous brownies to freeze it and have deserts ready to go. The lid is way more convenient than the foil or plastic wrap. It sits well, doesn't squish the pastry and doesn't freeze to the food.

Pan size is 17"x12"x2"
This pan measures 17" by 12" by 2", which is basically twice as large as a typical 9" by 12" pan. It's a nice size for sheet cakes, and about as big as a pan can get and still allow a little bit of room in my oven for heat to circulate. The aluminum is slightly thicker than your average pan, which makes it a little bit more sturdy.

I love NordicWare cookware! I am slowly but surely weeding out all of my other cookie sheets and cake pans. Soon I will have every piece they have to offer! High quality at a reasonable price!

Good pan
Love the size of the pan, and the fact that it comes with a lid makes this an exceptional value. I really use this size pan for more then just baking. This pan was also a hard size for me to find in town.

Great cake pan for large gatherings.
The pan itself is great, big for larger group of people, but the lid does not snap shut secure enough, it comes off easily.
