This is exactly what I was looking for to help finely chop nuts for a particular cookie recipe. It's very reminiscent of my mother's nut chopper. The handle turns easily to get the blades to chop the nuts and the glass bottom provides a constant view of the amount chopped. The lid also prevents nuts from flying out of the chopper portion. My spice grinder wouldn't chop like this tool does. It literally turned the nuts into powder, which wasn't helpful.
This was a very handy little gadget. I seen someone on TikTok. Use it to chop nuts and it's perfect. They had an older model and I got on and looked and I found the newer model which works just as good. Thank you for the product.
My parents had one of these for years. I could use a food processor, but those are more inconsistent with size after the blade pulverizes some. This creates comparable sized pieces when grinding them up. Doesn't come out powdered. It's old school, but there's a reason these are still sold.
Not fancy but does the job. Larger nut take a little more effort to turn the handle but I am pleased with the results.
Sturdy, sharp and works great. I've used this style of of nut chopper in the past and would buy it again.
Bought based on reviews but didn't really have high hopes once it got here. It is easy to use %26 does a great job!
The nut chopper does a great job of chopping pecans. That's the only thing I've used it for. My only complaint is that it's hard to thoroughly clean the blades. I do put it in the dishwasher but sometimes I still have to check for and leftover debris. Overall it's a great product.
Haven't used as yet but appears to be what I wanted. Seems a bit pricey but after reviewing others online, it seemed the best option. It will be a lot easier to chop up nuts without chasing the pieces down. Need a slight lip around the top to make it easier to open it to put the nuts in. Arthritic hands don't grasp well. Would recommend it to anyone who uses nuts in their cooking.
Okay for soft nuts like walnuts but difficult to use on hard nuts like almonds. Overall, however, it gets the job done.
This item is a piece of junk. After using it one time, the blades were all broken and bent and it would not work anymore. This was a complete waste of money. Take it off your shelves and do not continue to sell this item
