Norton 360 Deluxe, Antivirus Software, 5 Devices, 1 Year Subscription, PC/Mac/iOS/Android [Digital Download]

Protection provided by Norton 360 Deluxe is top notch. It is easy to use and is trusted to keep my systems safe and well operating. Constant up-sell attempts can be annoying. Many pop-up window can't be closed using the X and require additional choices be made to either receive a later reminder or never show again. If ignored, the window remains for a time period blocking part of the screen. Annoying!

I've always been a fan of Norton. this product is definitely top notch. However, the product now has too many pop-ups. Don't get me wrong, the pop-ups don't prevent it from being a great product. However, those pesky pop-ups in the lower right corner, still are a pain. It is only due to these pesky pop-ups, that I didn't give it a superb review. Otherwise the product does what it says, and does it well. Definitely would recommend it at the sale price not the Regular price.

Instead of a download I wish you would mail out a physical card with the information on it. You used to do that before. When you send the link it sends you back to Norton to download the Norton app when I already have it. Very frustrating to constantly go back and forth to retrieve the key code. Doesn't work as easy as it says it does. I have 5-10 operating devices I load and took me several hours to get it done On all my devices. A printed card mailed to me along with the download link would be ideal.

I pay a lot of money for protection on my laptop, yet I keep getting pop-ups from Norton to purchase extra protection which I thought I was already covered for. How much more money are you going to require from me to give me peach of mind that I am protected???

I presumed I was purchasing a complete package, only to discover many useful features were not available and had to be purchased separately at ridiculously exorbitant prices. I might as well have stuck with McAfee, which provided an endless array of popups, many of which were their own solicitations for features I presumed were included with their original purchased = expensive - product.

norton anti virus may work however my screen saver is no longer working. just a black screen. i had trouble understanding customer service. not US based. NOT for novice or ocasional internet users. it was a digital download so i guess i am out of luck both money and anti virus ptotection from them.

LISTING NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED! I ordered this on 11/30/2024 and expected I would receive an email with the product key a short time later. It's now 12/5/24 and I still have nothing! I spent over 2 hours on the phone (4 people and 2 callback requests) and 1 online chat with Walmart's "customer service" and no one could resolve the issue. Others didn't even understand this is a digital download, not a CD! One person said they cancelled it and refunded the money, after that call magically disconnected, I called and got another person who said it was not cancelled or refunded! They said to wait and see if arrives. Arrives where? It just says, "Deliver via STORE PICKUP: 1089xxxxxxxxxx0" (actual number only partially entered). What store? This is a digital download! It shows "Shipping Status 12-01-2024 12:31 am Just Shipped Milford OH". The order is not attached to a store and again, this is a digital download! I finally noticed that the other Norton 360 Deluxe listings that are sold and shipped by Walmart show "Email delivery" and the one I ordered shows, "Shipping, arrives in 2 days". It shows I last ordered it last year (and had no issues, the product key came through timely). Now, I can't get any resolution, refund, product or anything! So, Walmart keeps my money and I have nothing? THE LISTING NEDS TO BE CORRECTED TO BE "EMAIL DELIVERY" INSTEAD OF "SHIPPING" AND I NEED MY PURCHASE TO BE RESOLVED! I've always had good luck with Norton products. This review is not on Norton, it's on Walmart and their lack of "customer service" to resolve an issue that's their error! I've not been able to reach anyone who can resolve this and found this was the only way to possibly get Walmart's attention!

I bought a digital download for software. The product key wasn't valid, so your agent told me that he would send a new key. I never received it, and now I see that it is held up pending return of the product! How do I return a digital download????

Being that it was a digital order, you would think that there was many of them. Waited for days actually longer than days, only to get an email stating I couldn't have it went to a different membership store had the 10 and it was the same price for the hard disk.

We tried to put on computer and never could get it to work right. Really should refund the $22.99 back to our account because we can't use it. No where to call for help with this either.
