A must in our house
We are firm believers in cod liver oil! We live in Alaska and the added vitamin D is essential. We seem to avoid most colds and flus that are going around, which we attribute to taking these. These are small gel caps, easy to swallow and have no taste. A very good quality product with high potency.

Added this to my existing supplements of wild Alaskan fish oil and krill oil… Cannot measure the effects, but from a reputable brand, this will enhance my current supplementation.
