I just open the box after a week of received and the first thing that I noticed was a poor packaging protection inside the Walmart box. Saying this I'm not sure how someone handle the product and if it's going to be ok.

Made cheap the door won't click shut at all the letters are missing the light comes on when you open it but you can't close it to turn it on to heat anything up poorly made and cheap my sister had an all pink house I gave it to her for Christmas she was so upset

This microwave was given to my daughter as a graduation gift, the first one the mechanics in the door stopped working didn't exchange has the same problem is cheap poorly made, and not worth purchasing... call to get it resolved and they want you to jump through hoops money wasted, don't waste your time with this

I used it 4 times it started sparking fire I stopped it unplugged it again and it did it again it's so beautiful I hate to return it but it have some issues needs to be fixed I can't take a risk of my house burning died I'm so disappointed
