I'm so excited! This is the 4th supplement I've tried to increase my supply and I finally found something that works! I was not taking the correct dosage the first two days, but today is the third day and I took my two pills this morning and sure enough my supply has increased! I've been pumping 60-80ml and now 9 mins into pumping I'm already at 120ml!!! Such a relief and I can't wait to see how my supply looks after a few days taking the correct number of pills lol

So I was skeptical if it would actually work. I had these and a few other things in my cart and I just chose this one to give it a try. I must say I'm super impressed by the difference in my milk supply. I had my baby a week ago and soon as I got home after a day stay I started taking these and I noticed I was at first only pumping 2-3oz which isn't bad to just have had her but now I am already up to 7-8oz in 1 pump session.. works instantly. I would highly recommend this if you are in need of a quick response

Due to Covid, I am home all day with my Little One. I was struggling with Nursing and Pumping. I felt like I wasn't producing enough milk, so I felt like I had to choose between Nursing and Pumping, which became very stressful. Now that I've started taking Nourish, I don't have to make that choice. I'm producing milk with ease. It has made this whole process much easier and less stressful.Thank you so much for such an Amazing Product!

Has brought my milk supply back after almost drying up completely. Took 2capsules with a meal 2x day and it worked overnight. Saved me a lot of stress. My production has been consistent. Now I only take 1 capsule 2x a day.The pill size I think is fine for the average person, I personally just struggle with taking any pill/capsile bigger than the size of a birth control tablet. Even so, this was still manageable for me.

Okay so I've had these pill for a month and some change and I must say if you follow the directions you will see a difference in your milk supply, I will say that swollowing the pill by itself will be trouble if you don't eat at least bread behind it for me thats the case. The pill is very big and it does say take with food which I'm pretty sure you have to because of its size. Overall its not a bad product, I do recommend but you wont see a difference overnight unless you take 2 capsules two times a day for immediate support like the instructions say.

I wass given this supplement from a friend to try. I am not having extreme supply issues but felt taking something might help. Overall I would recommend this to other women to try. It does seem to increase supply. the only thing I noticed was some stomach discomfort, nothing horrible just a little crampy/gassy feeling after taking it. Definitely worth a try though to anyone who is interested in increasing their supply naturally.

The only way this supplement works for me is if I double up the dosis which means I have to buy it often. I would suggest the manufacturer to sell a bigger bottle or make it extra-strength. I also received a bootle that said Free Bottle. Went to the website and it looked like what I had to do was to write a review then it turned out I also had to referred someone in order to get a free bottle. Marketing like this is shady to me. Not upfront.

Horrible. Decreased my supply worse than what it was. I took for about two weeks. Please be careful with this. It made me lose a supply that I'll never get back. Now I lost both milk and the money I spend on this product. Be careful with these products.

I've taken almost the entire bottle and they just simply aren't working for me. I started doing 2-2Xs a day then moved to 2-3xs and still no obvious increase. Power pumping is a better option for increasing milk even though it's a bit slower of a process than the idea of a magical pill.
