I started using this product about two weeks ago and I can honestly say that I would recommend it to any breast feeding/ pumping women. I was producing about 2 ounces total each pumping session and I am now up to 4-8 ounces each session depending on the time of day, and that's after nursing for 30 min! Any of your mamas out there I totally recommend this for you!

This is my first time actually taking the time write a review, but these work so well. I looked at different snack that help with lactation but they were all so pricey and I didn't want to take the chance of not liking them. These capsules are easy to swallow and worked immediately. I took them at night and the next morning I was lactating heavily.

These pills are amazing. My supply has dramatically increased. They are so easy to take and I don't have to worry about it. I have saw an increase within a day! I forgot to re order and I went about two days with out them and I noticed my supply dropped. For any mommas out there struggling or for any mommas wanting to increase their supply to pump and store these are a must.

I'm so excited! This is the 4th supplement I've tried to increase my supply and I finally found something that works! I was not taking the correct dosage the first two days, but today is the third day and I took my two pills this morning and sure enough my supply has increased! I've been pumping 60-80ml and now 9 mins into pumping I'm already at 120ml!!! Such a relief and I can't wait to see how my supply looks after a few days taking the correct number of pills lol

I'm so happy I found this product. I'm always so skeptical about spending my hard earned money on supplements but let me tell you....this is the best supplement I've ever bought.Try pumping so many times a day only to have sore nipples and get 2.5 ounces TOTAL from the session. I was about to give up.I received this March 24th and I have taken 4 pills total so far (March 26th). I pumped and had to empty the bottles before I finished! I pumped 10 ounces in one session. I seriously cannot believe the results. My baby can be nourished AND I can build my freezer stash for when I go back to work. I can breastfeed and no more supplementing formula!

Okay so I've had these pill for a month and some change and I must say if you follow the directions you will see a difference in your milk supply, I will say that swollowing the pill by itself will be trouble if you don't eat at least bread behind it for me thats the case. The pill is very big and it does say take with food which I'm pretty sure you have to because of its size. Overall its not a bad product, I do recommend but you wont see a difference overnight unless you take 2 capsules two times a day for immediate support like the instructions say.

I wass given this supplement from a friend to try. I am not having extreme supply issues but felt taking something might help. Overall I would recommend this to other women to try. It does seem to increase supply. the only thing I noticed was some stomach discomfort, nothing horrible just a little crampy/gassy feeling after taking it. Definitely worth a try though to anyone who is interested in increasing their supply naturally.

I've taken almost the entire bottle and they just simply aren't working for me. I started doing 2-2Xs a day then moved to 2-3xs and still no obvious increase. Power pumping is a better option for increasing milk even though it's a bit slower of a process than the idea of a magical pill.
