I've been doing research on what 'scents' can do to you. I decided that we would only be using natural scents in our home after what we had ran out. So, we ran out of softner sheets. My hubb's like we need to get those and I'm like nope. I showed him the bottle and told him just to put drops on the dryer balls and use that instead. OMG, the smell is incredible. I used it on our sheets and the smell of lavender on our pillow cases just helped me drift off, such a great idea.

I use this brand often and I am always satisfied. This is not a cheap brand with watered or oiled down products. I use the lavender oil in my soaps and the massage oils that I make for aromatherapy. My lavender essential oils last a long time

It seems less strong than previous.

Product seal was broken and product was leaking into the packaging. I could smell the product when it arrived before I opened the package. Big disappointment!

I just spent 30 minutes trying to remove a cap from your essential oil jar and am extremely frustrated that I was forced to break the cap completely in order to remove it. I am not a child. I am not an elderly person. I deal with "child-safety" caps all the time. This was by far the most frustrating lid to remove, and no it is no longer "child-safe" since I had to break the cap completely. This is uncalled for, poor design and has now caused me to reconsider EVER purchasing essential oils from Now Foods again. If they cannot provide a safe & pleasant experience, much less the ability to access their product without destroying the bottle, then there is no reason to purchase NowFoods product at all.
