I believe this is what my diet has been missing
I immediately felt my throat warming up,I take these when im doing cardio or lifting weights and with other supplement like CLA...It gives me energy, I lost a couple more pounds,I have to say I have tons more energy and don't feel tired all day like before,Good price from Swansonvitamins,i love Swansonvitamins sooooo much ( thank swansonvitamins.com for the quick shipping and accuracy of their service

Glad I found this
I'm using this product to curb my appetite and help maintain my weight, it seems to be working. This brand is less expensive than a different brand with the exact same ingredients I was taking, so I'm happy to have found it. I've used this brand before for other supplements.
