Really good appetite control
Love that this has functional mushrooms. Has really helped me be more relax %26 sith stress mamagement but something I didnt even know it's that it has helped control my appetite tremendously then i read it has relora which does help with that.

Key for me since I take a lot of medicine pre-workout thermogenics, etc. so my adrenals need to be cleansed from time to time, especially because I have a high caffeine intake as well

I had trouble with still being tired after sleeping, but once I started taking this I was able to sleep without waking up as well as feel rejuvenated instead of tired.

I'm a believer
I have low blood sugar but crave sugar constantly. This really balanced out my sugar cravings alot!! I have been under tremendous stress
