This is the first time I bought these. They are a big tablet. I couldn't swallow it whole so cut in 1/2. I chewed it up and it tastes terrible to me! Like old shoe leather smells. I now dissolve 1/2 tab in very hot water and drink it an hour later. Still bad taste to me. Maybe not for others?
