My GF insists on beet sugar. But every beet based product available locally had a brown color, and also distinctive taste she did not like. Tried this product once, and is hooked! Looks like regular processed sugar, but does not have any appearance or taste different than normal white sugar.

Great alternative to cane sugar and you can't tell the difference in recipes. I'm sensitive to cane sugar and this allows me to make my own ice cream and other desserts without worry.

The is the best and closet thing to sugar. The fact that it's made from beets is truly remarkable. When you eat clean and want the best for your body, this is the best it's going to get besides actual sugar. I've been using this for 8years now. Please try it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't tolerate cane sugar so beet sugar is my main alternative for baking. To get a bit technical, they come from two different plants: sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) and sugar beet (Beta vulgaris subsp. vulgaris), respectively, which is why I can tolerate one and not the other.

Ihave been using Now Organic Beet Sugar for several years. I have yet to find a better alternative for cane sugar. It works great for all my baking needs. It is a pure product with NO added ingredients.

Not crazy about the price, but being vegan I love this sugar! It goes great in all my baked goods and even in my ice tea.

I am vegan therefore trying out different flowers and sugars when baking. I have used coconut sugar in the past which works well but so does this beat sugar which I didn't even know existed. It is a great product.
