No artificial taste, not much needed to sweeten drinks, desserts, or mix with other natural sweeteners. No change in powdered consistency during prolonged storage.
This is really good organic powdered stevia. It dissolves easily in warm beverages. It doesn't have a bitter, off flavor. It is super sweet, so a little goes a very long way. The last container I had lasted me over a year, replacing almost all of my needs for sugar, making this quite a bargain. I even used a little while canning to make my salsa and pickles a little sweeter. It worked very well. I am pleased with this purchase and will buy more when I run out. I highly recommend this.
We love the products and your choice of deliverers, except today when our products were not put on the porch as requested, but were dumped out at the end of our driveway. Fortunately, it was not pouring down rain, as it normally is, so the paper packaging was not destroyed.
This is an excellent value; Stevia is expensive, and buying in a 1-pound container makes it much more affordable. This brand is organic; it's also very sweet, needing only 1/8 teaspoon for a mug of coffee. Great stuff!
Love the brand. Been using this since 2000. Dissolves well, mixes well liquids or solids with no bitter aftertaste.
Great value and taste. This stevia powder is organic, tastes great and the concentration is the highest of all the different stevia powders out there. I always check the number of servings per ounce. No fillers which I prefer. Only hard thing about using it is measuring out tiny amounts for the perfect sweetness. Too little = not sweet Too much = odd bitter taste Perfect amount = Sweet and tastes great
I have been using Better Stevia for many years, i bake with it and put it in my cuppa tea. I do have to use real sugar in things with yeast to get the rise but everything else I use it for, like baking cookies and cakes. So glad to be able to get it in a big container and not a tiny one. I'ts expensive, but worth it for the health benefits hoping one day the price will be more reasonable.
Expensive, but it goes a long way for 2 qt.I only need a half a teaspoon
I am still on the fence. It is not nearly as sweet as the label makes it out to be. It is still insanely sweet by weight. I got it to avoid the fillers (maltodextrin) found in the "measures like sugar" supermarket brands. Also when considering how concentrated it is it is also an economical choice - even after the fact that it is not nearly as sweet as the label suggests. It says a serving is 45 milligrams. I have .001 scales for measuring this out and I am not sure what 45 mg is supposed to sweeten but it took 2 grams to sweeten a gallon of tea. My guess is 45mg is supposed to sweeten a 6oz serving of coffee or tea. A 128oz gallon of tea divided by 6 is 21.33. Two grams being 2000mg, divided by 45 is 44.44. So all that being said it is about half as sweet as the label suggests. I am just going by what I am used to with Great Value Stevia. However - I usually mix my stevia 80/20 with sucralose (splenda) and my sucralose equivalent - the pure uncut powder like this stevia - has yet to arrive so I have been using stevia alone for the first time in years. I still do not think that accounts in full for the discrepancy. In any case, even if half as sweet it is still economical by a good margin and it obviously cuts out the fillers that can cause all manner of metabolic issues. Like I said I am simply comparing it to what the equivalent amount of Great Value Stevia would do.
1) Arrived late. 2) Sent via snail mail in an envelope, no box. The bag was ripped and filthy. 3) The product's lid was off, seal partially off and contents in bag and leaking out of holes. The bottle itself was crushed and also dirty. 4) The stevia was not the consistency of the Now Stevia I have used for many years. I paid over $53.00 for this mess. Suspiciously, walmart will not upload the photo I have taken. But, please trust me, it is disappointing and unacceptable.
