I use it every day for lowering blood sugar levels, reducing inflammation, providing rich antioxidants, and improving heart health. I have no way of knowing if it works but it is pleasant to eat and I use a lot on my food. I've read that 1gram-4 grams per day are good. 1 gram is about 1/2 teaspoon.
Wanted to upgrade my ground cinnamon since I add it to our homemade protein bars. It did not disappoint such a rich smell when I opened bag and again when baking. Beautiful color, very fine so dissolved well in batter. Lastly, the taste.. it improved our already yummy bars. The better for our health is the cherry on top.
this cinnamon is very different from the regular table cinnamon so that caught me up at my surprise but it has great health benefits just the taste is very different than the one that you used to bake with did my research I understand why give it 10 I was going to return it no no thank you Walmart once again
This is the best cinnamon I have ever tasted it is such a smooth taste, I put cinnamon on my vanilla icecream and it's awesome!! Glad I ordered this I will continue to order this product.
Found out this is best for immune health, found it at Walmart, ordered it, got it well packaged and in short time, and use this in smoothies, and in most recipes. Thank you
It is very economically priced, but the flavor is not as good as the brand I normally buy. The cinnamon flavor is weaker than the other brand and it has a medicine aftertaste. I have very sensitive taste buds, so I can taste that. My husband doesn't taste it, but agrees the flavor is weak and different. I prefer the brand I used to have over this brand, but it's not bad and it is economical.
I used a teaspoon in warm water. After drinking most of it, I found that 99% of the cinnamon powder turned into sediment at the bottom of the cup. It's not actually instant. If it is it should not have a lot of sediment at the bottom of the cup. The cinnamon barks are better. They dont give me that ugly looking sediment in my cup. I want to szend it back to Walmart to the manufacturer.
Something went TERRIBLY wrong with this "cinnamon" order. It does not look like, smell like or taste anything like cinnamon. I believe something else was placed in bag labeled as true organic ceylon cinnamon. There is a problem at the source of packaging by manufacturer/processor. Not with Walmart. Help!
I'm not the only purchaser of this terrible Ceylon Cinnamon; just scroll through the reviews. Unfortunately I failed to read them before my purchase. It is by far the worst such Cinnamon %26 weirdest tasting cinnamon I have ever encounter. It's texture is more like sand, %26 the taste is bland %26 more like dirt. And even though there has been many reviews like this, Walmart is still selling it %26 will NOT refund your money. Maybe I can mix it in my chicken or cattle feed!? So, my suggestion is to save yourself the money %26 grief %26 find a better brand, like Anthony's.
There is a problem with how Walmart serves the people in the San Bernardino mountains, home to over 1 million residents. The postal service does not deliver to home or business addresses in the mountain communities, one has to go to the post office to pick up ones mail. However UPS, Fedex, DHL and OnTrac all do home and business delivery. I am a Walmart member, and when I place orders using my mountain address, many items are marked as out of stock. If I check the same items at a friends address in Las Vegas NV or San Bernardino CA the items are available. I have talked and chatted with Walmart customer service several times, and asked them why Walmart cannot use a delivery service other than the USPS up here in the mountains. Walmart uses them down the mountain. I am told there is nothing they can do about it. So I end up ordering from Home Depot, Newegg, Ebay or others because while they deliver to my home, Walmart will not. How can this problem be fixed, so we who live in these Mountain Communities, from Wrightwood, to Crestline, to Lake Arrowhead, to Running Springs and to Big Bear can order larger items from Walmart?
