True Organic Ground Ceylon Cinnamon , 16 oz, USDA Organic & Kosher Certified

I have been using it for almost a month now. I like to add cinnamon in my coffee to enhance the flavor. The Ceylon cinnamon has a more earthy and mild flavor compared to the cassia variety. I definitely have to add a bit more qty of the Ceylon versus the cassia to get a noticeable flavor. The cassia variety is more fragrant but Ceylon is safer for the body. Will buy this product again!

After years of using regular brand names little bottles with red caps, this is a delightful and delicious healthy joy!! So fresh, so concentrated, and sooooo flavorful in oatmeal, baking, on fruit, and in potpourri. No pesticides! All flavor. Highly recommend!

If looking for great cinnamon with fragrant aroma, warm flavor and medicinal properties, grab a bag. Highly recommend for cooking, smoothies, cereal topping, coffee flavor.

The cinnamon is really fine ground and doesn't dissolve real well. Has a different taste than non Ceylon cinnamon but not bad. I mix it with honey, vinegar, lemon juice and mix it with hot coffee.

I believe this product is a quality Cinnamon. I have been adding it to my coffee in the morning. I have been adding cinnamon for about 40 years. I would like to purchase the sticks next.

smells like cinnamon, but doesn't really have a flavor. very very mild. idk if it supposed to be this way as this is the first time I ever purchased ceylon cinnamon vs the normal stuff like Saigon cinnamon which tastes fantastic but apparently isn't great for your liver. idk

Lots of bakers recommend ceylon cinnamon as a way to elevate baked products. My favorite use is ground cinnamon in fruit salad that I make weekly. I splurged and bought this organic ceylon cinnamon powder and was disappointed. It doesnt taste like cinnamon at all, and in fact, has a strange wang we did not like. I admit, I have not cooked with this but I am not planning on ruining any baked goods by trying it out. I will try to give it away because it is not my preference and now I'm stuck with a pound of it.

I used a teaspoon in warm water. After drinking most of it, I found that 99% of the cinnamon powder turned into sediment at the bottom of the cup. It's not actually instant. If it is it should not have a lot of sediment at the bottom of the cup. The cinnamon barks are better. They dont give me that ugly looking sediment in my cup. I want to szend it back to Walmart to the manufacturer.

I've read this type of cinnamon is better than the regular one found everywhere. Well the taste and smell are just meh. Perhaps I was sent an old batch. I won't be buying it ever again, or would I recommend it. The one from Costco smells and tastes much, much better.

I'm not the only purchaser of this terrible Ceylon Cinnamon; just scroll through the reviews. Unfortunately I failed to read them before my purchase. It is by far the worst such Cinnamon %26 weirdest tasting cinnamon I have ever encounter. It's texture is more like sand, %26 the taste is bland %26 more like dirt. And even though there has been many reviews like this, Walmart is still selling it %26 will NOT refund your money. Maybe I can mix it in my chicken or cattle feed!? So, my suggestion is to save yourself the money %26 grief %26 find a better brand, like Anthony's.
