NOW Foods Ecogreen Multi 180 Veg Caps

I have taken EcoGreen Multi for over twenty years. I researched and tried different vitamins for years and then found Now EcoGreen, I have always felt like this is great on my body and has kept me healthy for years and years. A few months back I was unable to find any and had to use a different one. As soon as it was available I reordered and I am very pleased again. I take several other Now vitamin supplements each day. Sixty two and I still work hard every day.

i use one of these in combination with a half days dose of Special Two in the last 2 years with good results - i add D3, and enough eye supplements to get me to AREDS2 per discussion with my opthamologist awhile back and we're both happy with how it goes….

I had been using the Now Brand Ecogreen MultiVitamin in tablet form and sometimes had a hard time swallowing it. I found this same MultiVitamin in a caplet form and now it slides right down. I have to take two instead of one huge tablet of the other, but it is worth it. The caplet form cannot be found just anyplace that carries Now supplements, but Swansons has them.

I was searching for something new to use for a multi-vitamin and came upon this one and WOW I am glad that I did. Lots of terrific necessities all rolled into one supplement. I believe I have found a new multi and at a great price. Thanks for carrying this brand for us!!

This is my favorite multi vitamin especially because of the "green" superfoods like spirulina and chlorella that is added. When I read health books about certain vitamins, minerals, or superfoods that should be in our diets, I always check the NOW Eco Green supplement info to see if I need to add whatever I've just read about, and most every time, this supplement has already added it. So...I love the ingredients and the extra added minerals and superfoods that aren't in most multis. This is my favorite multi vitamin for sure and the one I always purchase!!!

Like that I need only take two capsules, and that it is iron-free, plus it has a high level of vitamin A, which a lot of supplements do not, and it also includes the green superfoods, and molybedenum is good to take when one is also taking MSM (which I am).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only take what I need. This is similar to another product that costs more. I only take what I feel works. I can tell when I don't take a great natural product. So its good product.

This is the best iron-free, 2/day multiple vitamin I've ever found--good potency, reasonable price. My field is functional medicine and I really research my supplements carefully! I've been taking it for at least 15 years.
