Zaps tummy growling
My hubby suggested this product several weeks after he started taking it. We often get tummy rumbling about an hour before suppertime. One pill in the morning and another in the evening seems to keep hunger pains at bay.

GTF Chromium is a possibility
Dr. Oz sucked me into this little inexpensive pill. Supposedly it works with the sugars in your body, which in turn effect your wrinkles. Thus far, I am all-natural and have not gotten Botox. I will try little bits and pieces of anything to help with wrinkles and antiaging. My skin is pretty good, but is it from GTF Chromium? I have no idea! It could be a contributor, along with some other supplements and creams and moisturizers. I will continue to take it because it is easy to swallow, cheap, and it cant hurt. and you never know!
