NOW Foods - True Calm Neurotransmitter Support - 90 Vegetable Capsule(s)

Just received it so not positive yet how it works but I use Now products a lot never have had a problem or complaint so I would definitely recommend their products!

I previously used a prescription medication to calm myself when I get stressed, and also when I have trouble sleeping, but since using this I don't need the prescription type. I tend to worry too much, and it keeps me awake, but I am doing much better, and the price is so affordable. It is worth a try and has no adverse side affects. Great for sleep and it seems to be calming somewhat. I give these to my daughter who has autism twice daily.

It's really good for anixey/stress whenever I have a stress knot on my shoulders. I take this, and it goes away. for anixey take it every day without fail in the morning's you will start to see how clam you are thought out the day. (second time buying)

My husband I both take this. I have anxiety, and he has anger management issues. We both feel it helps a lot.

Ive never tried this before. and may have been enough. was looking to relieve anxiety and in a way it did but as to recommend to others, check with their doctors
