can't do without it, stops my restless legs
I have started using Ashwagandha a couple of years ago when read about it in a health magazine and have not done without it since. I helps my restless legs and helps me sleep. I occ take it twice but one in the evening usually is all I need. I think it is something that seems to help my body manage my stress

Itchy!
This makes me itch all over, even the palms of my hands and between my fingers itch. I'm not sure if it's the dose or the manufacturer. Began taking this at a lower dose from a different manufacturer a few weeks ago with no trouble and some noticeable benefit. Ordered a larger bottle from NOW, but started itching within the first few days. Eliminated everything new from my diet, and have slowly added things back in. Took this again today and tonight the itching has returned. Will return to the original manufacturer for this product in future.
