can't do without it, stops my restless legs
I have started using Ashwagandha a couple of years ago when read about it in a health magazine and have not done without it since. I helps my restless legs and helps me sleep. I occ take it twice but one in the evening usually is all I need. I think it is something that seems to help my body manage my stress
