Good
I use ginger to help with the occasional nausea that I have. I take a tablet every couple of days. I like the NOW brand for my vitamins, I feel like I get good results when I do.

I have been taking this as part of a sub-clinical hypothyroidism protocol. Along with a few other supplements, I have seen my TSH numbers drop to a functionally acceptable level again, and I am very satisfied with this formula overall.
