Vit D-3 and MK-7
This is the only Vitamin D-3 complex I can take, as I don't absorb Vit. D from the sun very well. My Dr. told me I need to take it with MK-7 which acts as a transporter so I can absorb the Vit. D-3. I have been taking this for 3 years, and my Vit. D level is back to normal.
