Vitamin D-3 shows up like, “Hello, I'm here to support bone health,” and MK-7 walks in wearing a tiny blazer like, “Great, I'll help keep the team organized.” Together they give off serious nutritional power couple energy. The capsules are easy to take, which I appreciate because nobody wants a vitamin that feels like swallowing a pool noodle. The bottle has 120 capsules, so it doesn't disappear in two weeks like some supplements that cost a fortune and come with seven sad little pills rattling around inside. I also like that it's from NOW, because the brand has been around long enough that it doesn't feel like it was invented last Tuesday by a guy named Skylar selling “wellness crystals” out of a van. Do I suddenly have superhero bones? I cannot legally confirm that. Am I now walking around feeling like my skeleton has a personal assistant and a retirement plan? Absolutely. Great supplement, easy to use, good value, and makes me feel like I'm making a smart health choice instead of just hoping my body figures things out on its own like a group project with no leader. Would buy again.
